I am sharing this sunset picture taken at the beach a few days ago. I really enjoy watching sunsets especially by the beach. And I know a lot of other people do too. It is really captivating to see those mix of beautiful colors, and what is more mesmerising is how unique every sunset is. This makes me feel how great of a painter God is. As they say, sunsets are proof that no matter how bad your day was, it can still end beautifully.

Time check 1:42 am On a Tuesday I am lying awake about to start my daily Bible reading but suddenly remembered to make some "noise" first. Ironically, I remembered making some noise because of the deafening silence of the night. I can only hear the crickets outside and the sound of the electric fan. The night is still. Funny how I can now relate to the stories of mom and dad who says they usually wake up on these wee hours. Truth is, I am actually a deep-sleeper. Yes, that "mantika" kind of sleep. But I don't know what happened but lately waking up at around 1 am seems to be a norm on my sleep sked. Signs of aging, I guess. Lol. Yet I do not complain. Because it is on these times when the mind is fresh and reading and meditating is best. What about you, have your sleep schedule changed over time?

Hello everyone! I'm still walking in the dark here...i do not exactly know what to post. But friends tell me to just make some "noise" -- post just about whatever it is I feel like posting...just about anything under the sun. Apparently, this "writing box" asks "What's up?" But there is a word of caution though: I just need to be mindful of the site rules. So here I am posting just about what's up. Btw, I am sharing this photo of our dog -- who as of this writing is lying on my feet and licking my toes. We call him Choi. I love this picture of him. Surprisingly, he actually paused from being makulit and posed to have this picture taken up-close.
