Hello noise mates! It has been a busy day today. I was standing up for most of the day attending to our business. I am aching all over my body. So I thought of finally using the heat pack/hot compress given to me ages ago. Well, it seemed promising. I am starting to feel relieved. Yes, I am actually using it while making some noise.
