Hello guys! I'm attending a training for noodle making... I will update you soon when I come back. Seems the steps are just so easy peasy anyone can do it at home. Yes I know. I've seen it a lot in the kitchen on tv. I love cooking and watch a lot of shows to make many types of food including pasta dough. Like kneading it and then chopping it. even without special machinery and manually.
