Three powerful key points I've been drafting this post since last night in Google docs but unfortunately, I lost it, so now I will write it again. Yesterday, we have attended a celebration of a graduate student who got a "Magna Cum Laude award", in her excellence with B. S. Accountancy, it's a double celebration also for her birthday. There are lots of people who attended that day, her relatives, friends and classmates. Aside from the food, what I am thankful for is to be able to take home some valuable lessons that are useful in our practical life, as a student, mother and for all. **Here are some important points from her love ones:** ****Stay humble**** Her godmother is the one who gave her speech before the crowd, she is so proud to her, but she gave her advice that she should stay humble in the midst of her success. Her feet should always be on the ground and not to be arrogant even if her career will soar in the coming days, she should always be with herself and become a blessing to others. 'Even if she can have a car someday, but if she will forget to extend gratitude with the people who support her during her road to success, everything is in vain." That was a very direct to the point advice yet, it has a great lesson that she should remain to who' she is. ****" Thanks for valuing our effort, Nak"**** This a word from his father, who become emotional when he gave her message to her. His very happy that his daughter didn't waste every effort that they have given despite of pandemic and hardship in finding a financial support. ****"You gave your best, and we're thankful for that"**** This is an encouragement to all the students out there to value your parents endeavor just to support your studies, the best reward that we can give them is our cooperation and fulfillment with our taken course. It doesn't matter if they are tired and have a sleepless night's as long as they can give her an allowance and paid her tuition fees. I was touched by her father's words which I sure it's really comes from his heart. **"Magna Cum Laude Speech"** Short but full of lessons "*It was all a leap of faith"* She had a lot of sleepless nights, that sometimes she skip taking a bath or eat her food just to finish her assignments and lessons, there are times that it was unfinished due to tiredness, but unexpectedly, she is still passed it. I can see with the lady that she's a woman with faith in God, there's a strong foundation that she lean on in her studies, that's why she remain strong and positive with all the difficulties that she had experienced. She didn't state everything that she experienced but she's very sure that God is the one who keep her, why she finished her degree and got a high awards. **Speakers words of wisdom** Here are some words of encouragements from the speaker that they have invited. **3** ****powerful key points**** **Listen** It's was simple word that plays a great role in our life, if we want to achieve our desire and dreams. The person who listens carefully to instructions will perform well, in work, school, and any engagements. Listening is a result of being focused, and determined. My husband have shared with me, when we got home, when he heard the word of the speaker. When he was in his college days, his parents always told him to be good in school. But, he just let it pass, he didn't even put it in his mind of what his parent's have told him, he despise their advises and he blame himself why did he didn't finished his studies. A good listener gets wisdom, and will be able to share it to others. Be willing to listen to a good advice from the people around us, for our good, it's a wise move all the time. **Think** Would you like to pause a little while, ponder few things that's happening to your life. In our thinking process we can be able to check and balance our actions, if there are some points in our life that we need to change or improved,it's a wise move. Think before you click. Think before you decide. Thank before you say yes. Think before you speak. If it is good, right, approved, and will beneficial in your life or not. If it helps your to grow or will destroy your future. **Observe** If you are in a new place like us, who lived here in our new home, in just 4 days already, we we're still observing, with how we should do things here because it's not our place. Observe how did the world goes on, our environment, new things, friends. Take time to watch over and learn from it. We cannot be effective if we do things without a plan. Be sensitive with how did your life goes on, is it doing well or not, then you can have plan B and prepared early incase you need to.It's a clever way. Be willing to look at things in detail and how is it going on, so we can get things done smoothly. If you noticed, three vital organs are part of our decision making. Ears_ To listen and heed advice, suggestions, comments and informations and detail of everything. Eyes_ Is to see the things around us. Mind_ That process everything before we can come up with our final decisions. Write's End note: This is not a perfect advice but it's a helpful one, I may not explain it plainly but if you dig deeper you will find out that it's a vital words in this life adventure. Thank you for giving time here! Sponsors and Co-writers I appreciate you all.
