It's a cool and windy Tuesday morning. I am grateful for this beautiful day, there's a little sunshine but very windy and cold. This is my late breakfast , a chicken macaroni salad prepared by my sis-in-law as requested by our mom-in-law . This was prepared last Sunday in celebration of the Feast of Sto. Nino de Cebu. We had a mass at the family chapel and ate dinner with the clan. Only family members were present and everyone was vaccinated and observed social distancing. I really liked this salad so when my mom-in -law told me to bring home some salad, I immediately got some. I was the only one who liked macaroni salad here st home.
