Good evening dear friends. The day passed na hindi po ako naka silip dito sa NC. It's my laundry day and I did the laundry the whole morning at the same time preparing our lunch. "Mommy duties pa rin". After our lunch , I prepared the meat which I defrosted to be cooked for our dinner, which was beef strips with ginger and pepper. I am glad the girls liked it. I also went out to have some documents printed at a print shop. Unfortunately, I failed to check the docs printed. I only checked them a while ago and found out that I gave a wrong copy to be printed. I hope that they will be open tomorrow so that I can print again the correct copy. By the way, yesterday, after our dinner, we had our desserts at a Cafe called "Dragonfly Cafe". The place is very clean looking when we arrived , only few customers were there. Shown in the photo are what we ordered yesterday for our desserts.
