Magandang hapon nga kaingay. Good afternoon dear noise fam. I was a bit busy today because I am preparing for the renewal of my driver's license. I noticed that there are new requirements for renewal and I am trying to comply with it. I was taking the CDE Validation Exam Online but the when I already reached the end, I could no longer access the LTO Portal. I will try again later and hope that I can finish the exam. This is a new requirement. It's good because we can also review the LTO Rules and Regulation, Road Safety and Responsibilities of Drivers. Here is the LTO portal where I logged in. Wish me luck.

Thats what happen to my husband last week. It takes two days for him to finish getting his renewed drivers licence because the LTO portal got offline. Luckily for the next day everything goes okay in the morning so he got home early.
