Good morning my dear friends. We are blessed again with another sunny day. It's not so busy day today. I just need to declutter and throw some useless items which were saved many years ago. Upon waking up, I defrosted some chicken for our lunch. Then I cooked choirizo de Cebu which was given by my Komadre and Kompadre. I slit it open when frying because that's the request of my eldest daughter. I saved an unopened chorizo for her hubby, because that's what he liked too. Life is very simple, give what they like so that everybody is happy. I also toasted a bread and placed a super chunky peanut butter. Salamat din po sa sis-n-law ko na nagpadala ng yummy Skippy.
