At least once or twice a year I visit Royal Pond (Carska Bara). I live relatively close to it and I usually visit it in early spring and late autumn. As I mentioned in the previous post, many legends follow this swamp, related to its name, history, visitors ... However, legend or not, Royal Pond is one of those seemingly completely ordinary places, which after a few hours spent in their peace begin to radiate with some primordial energy. I love spending hours just sitting somewhere on the shore staring at the water while the wind combined with the birdsong creates a symphony of sounds. I think lying in a hammock under the shade of trees is so nice to enjoy while listening to the chirping of birds.
