•MAZAPÁN DE PILI BARS• Mazápan de Pili or locally known as Molido is a confection made with crushed Pili nuts combined with sugar, milk, egg yolk, and butter. It is a popular candy bar in our region where Pili (Java almond) is an indigenous crop. I bought some packs the other day for our dessert.
