•My Bet, Vinakbet• I was oblivious to what the name of my recipe could be. Yes, it looks like the usual Pinakbet or Pakbet but my simple version, thus, 𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙠𝙗𝙚𝙩 (from my nickname Vin + Pakbet). It is a simple dish composed of mixed vegetables - string beans, squash, eggplant, okra (lady's fingers), and with the introduction of squash flowers. Sautéed in onion, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and oyster sauce, pork bits. Lastly, add salt, little sugar, and black pepper to taste. Bingo! I hope you enjoyed your lunch. 🍽 P.S.
