-Sinigang sa Kahel- The rain stopped already. And I just finished my kitchen duties. I prepared "sinigang sa kahel" for lunch. It is a stewed dish with sour and savory taste. For the main ingredient I used fresh "Buraw" (short mackerel fish). I added spices and vegetables like freshly picked "kangkong" (water spinach) from our yard.
