A Blessed Day What's up with you, my dear friends? I hope you had a blessed day, too. I'm happy and thankful for the excellent results of my laboratory workup today. ✅ Blood Chemistry ✅ Hematology ✅ Urinalysis I went first thing in the morning to the Diagnostic Laboratory for my blood extraction before the required hours of fasting expires. I have this check up annually to ensure that my body organs are in good shape and functioning properly. Additionally, I consulted my doctor to ask for antibiotic prescription for my hurting ingrown toenail. Ouch. Anyway, do you have (or do)a regular medical check up, too? Do you mean, examination of conscience? That's good. We have that devotional exercise called "Examen." Anyway the results are good. So I'm thankful. Last year my blood sugar was in the borderline.
