•Beat the Heat with Chicken Tinola• How are you doing friends and Noisers? Just finished some of my works but before I take a rest I want to share with you of what I cooked for lunch today. Whether in hot or in cold days alike nothing beats Chicken Tinola (stewed chicken) for me. This is not the usual recipe aside from sautéing the ginger, onions, and garlic with the meat to get that flavorful goodness of the chicken; I added vegetables like luffa, carrots, and moringa leaves.
