•ORANGE Rainfall Advisory• I was startled when my phone set off the alarm upon receiving a rainfall warning from the NDRRMC. An orange rainfall advisory indicates an extremely bad weather. So the people are notified to be prepared. It's been raining since yesterday. And it caused the drop in the temperature even more.
