•PAS-TON• (Pasta Canton) No Pancit Canton noodles? No problem. We craved for pancit canton (Filipino version of stir fry noodles) but didn't have noodles available for the recipe. So I used the spaghettini pasta instead along with the usual ingredients of vegetables and meat. For the meat though, I found two packs of pork tocino from the freezer. Presto! The dish is ready. I finished a bowl of my prepared PAS-TON (I coined the word from pasta and canton), a simple yet complete meal with carbo, protein, and fiber.
