•Perfect Duo: Ginisang Monggo at Daing• I bought this dish from my favorite carinderia this morning. It's been a while since I haven't tasted "ginisang monggo" (Mung bean soup with pork and leaves of chili pepper). Of course not to forget "daing" (dried fish) as complimentary viand.
