•ASUL: The Vegetarian Cat?• Hey! I tried to get the attention of this feline when I passed him by on my way to downtown. He was busy grazing on grass that he did not budge for a moment. "Is this cat a vegetarian?" I thought. I witnessed many times cats munching on grasses (even dogs). Then later I would see vomitus containing undigested food mixed with grass. I believed such myth that the main reason why cats eat grass was in order to throw up. So I made a little research. According to the veterinarians, to induce vomiting is not necessarily the main reason why cattos look for grass to eat but also to seek some health benefits and to help with digestion.
