Can a wallet address be it BCH, BTC or ETH be tracked to the owner?

Only if you buy something (delivery address), or put it on your own site (it belongs to you, and the site provider knows), for example, donations.

All address are public and can be trace in a blockchain explorer. If you are known using that public key ( your address) like in crypto exchanges it can be trace back to you as the real owner, and also the reason why exchanges required KYC. Except using privacy coins.
