Holding fiat isn't advisable, what N1,000,000 can do a few years back can't be done with N1m today. Holding Crypto is a gamble too, you have 50% chance of being glad you did and 50% of it ending with regrets. Finding ways to make your money work for you might be the best option. This is a decision I've been running from for long but i think it's high time i had a rethink.

True, i thought putting into BCH would be a good thing but market is so unpredictable. Like you said it's a gamble and don't want to end up regretting.
