While munching some sweet strawberry cheese cake, allow me to share with you the some of the photo documentation the team have during the latest visit in the Indigenous people tribe in the heart of the mountain where this mossy forest is found. This magical mossy forest are being protected and safeguarded by the Indigenous Tribe as it serve as their home, their hospital, their school, their market, their church and their graveyard. The magical trees wrapped by mossy grass and ferns. This is a hope new habitat that provide more clean air and fresh drinkable water in the streams. The Indigenous people are willing to die jus to protect this sacred ancestral land of theirs for the future of their children. If this mossy forest falls in the wrong hand all its resources will be depleted and die. And it's ripple effect will have a negative and bad influence to the people in the lowland areas. May this post be an eye opener to many of us. If we fail to protect this forest. We will be suffering with poor air quality and poor drinking water in the future and the future of our children.
