Field Work and Community Visit Doing community assessment takes a lot of physical work. One must must in person to capture the deeper side of the stories and have a in depth understanding of the situation and condition not only by the people but also the community. Doing community work requires a lot of patience and commitment as you go along with a lot of difficulties and struggles along the away. Always bear in mind to be sensitive and respectful to the community and people you will be engaging with to avoid conflict such misunderstanding and misinterpretation. Coordinate well with the leaders as you need to respect their authority and influence in the community. Also, their guidance will provide big help with the purpose of your visit and work.
