This photo answer the question thrown to me, asking about "Do I always focus about the community I served and not take any opportunity to unwind and chill during field activities? My response is - - I am serious and focus with my work and engagement with the community because it entails the lives of others. I do unwind and relax at some point. One strong evidence of it is the quick break in the middle of no where (seen in this photo). Thats me chilling like a villain at the peak of the mountain areas. Have a wonderful day/evening ahead. "Quiet Time" - "Self-time" (me time) is a good approach or method to access small success and what needs to be improved about ourselves.
