Breast feeding Is best for babies up to 2 years of age. I just want to flex my youngest baby girl who just turned 2 years old this May and I'm proud to say that I did breastfeeding on her before she got 1year old. That's the only age that I'm capable of breastfeeding my babies because their having teeth they'll bite my nipple and I'll got hurt. And actually I do mix feeding together with milk products because I got a lot of work to do on our house. I have 4 kids that I need to take care of and I'm thankful that my eldest is already 13year old when I delivered my youngest vis CS delivery then I was Ligated. Then all my kids I do sunbathe on them because the first sunshine is good for our health. My youngest child her eyes is slightly yellow when I she was just days old so they recommend me to give her sunbathe daily and days after her eyes are getting white and better. So I truly recommend to do sunbathe everyday as possible as you can because it's healthy for our body. #RandomThoughts
