It's never too late to put flowers and candles on them. I brought my kids with me to visit their older cousin that died because of drowning in our water world. The flood was not that deep, but his companion panicked that cause them to both drown and died. The memories are still fresh on my mind, eight years ago my husband and his relatives are searching for their body. Her mother just got in time after they got the body that was cold as ice. A tear fell on the eye of the 14 year old boy. They tried to revive it but it seems that they were both called in heaven. Her mother often collapse in his son's wake and vigil. Their reason; his so strong, no illness and all of sudden he accidentally drowned. They didn't blame anybody but it was very painful.
