This or That Food Edition (My Philippine Dish)
Hello all my dear read cash friends how are you all doing? It's Manic Monday and look likes all have already come back home from their holy week vacation. I've read a lot of answer and questions here so I wanna make my own version. So let's get it on Main Dish Sinigang or Nilaga
I've cooked this and I like about this dish is its sour flavor which is familiar here in our country. When we're there is no real tamarind you can have the powered one but it comes with two flavors which is the real one and the other one that hubbies doesn't like is Sinigang with Gabi. The procedures are easy and when choosing meat I prefer the back ribs part of the pork or the liempo. Then boiled it with onion, ginger and salt after the meat it slightly soft you can add the tomatoes hubby said that wait for the meat to soften before adding the tomatoes because if it too early it will just take long to soften the meat and I actually done it. Hubby really got mad he told me it will only take a lot of wasted time. Then after adding the tomatoes add radish, gabi, long green chili and sinigang mix after it boils add the green veggies and seasonings to taste and we're done. Nilaga
If you are familiar with bulalo my dish will definitely exist and doing this is a lot more easy than sinigang. The procedures are just boiling, first boil the meat with onion and pepper then when the meat has soften put the sweet potato, corn and potatoes the technique I've learned was, when the sweet potatoes are all smashed the soup will become more sweeter. Then add some knorr cubes and the seasonings to taste then vegetables. I got this vegetables for only $1 its a set for Nilaga then thats you're all done. The kids and hubby told me it was wonderful. Shrimp
I'm sorry if my hubby has no clothes but he just finished catching those shrimp or Ulang. And do you know what he used in catching those only his hands he only wear gloves then he will touched the buttom if it had shirm and lucky that day it does have. Sometimes his hands got hurt, but the fastest way to catch shrimp. And what kind of meal do you do on shirmp like this.
Do you prefer dry? We cooked that with only salt and seasonings with medium heat then after its own water dried up will put oil. Hubby is always does the cooking whenever his around
Or would you prefer with soup, we have no vegetables that time so we cooked it only with onion, ginger, tomatoes and tamarind season it with fish sauce and that's it. Lugaw or Sopas

A good thing about porridge is you can put boiled egg and season the cooked porridge with calamansi, pepper, and soy sauce. My favorite was having fried tofu with it's sauce vinegar and soy sauce. And there alot of choices when cooking poridge. I already eaten the intestine of a pork heart and brain. I've loved to eat something thats heat my interest.

You can never cooked this without the evaporated milk, and sometimes when there is no ground pork we only put corned beef and it also taste good. It's more to be thankful than not to because what is important is we have food to eat at our table. That's it for today and I hope you like my today's blog and thank you for dropping by, I don't have much but at least you to read my creation.
