Hello everyone, yesterday was a bit special for us because my 15-year-old son caught two big shrimps in his father's fishnet. I was really surprised when he lifted them up and showed them to us because they were huge. The two is surely enough for the four of us. And honestly, we really missed eating fresh shrimps. I could see in his face that he was proud of his self. So I decided to cook it right away and make something simple that all of us will surely enjoy. The preparation was easy. First, I cleaned the shrimps by cutting the claws and brushing it. I also remove the head cover so all shrimp fat will mixed in tbe soup. When the broth tasted nice, I added the shrimps. They cooked fast because they were fresh. The color changed right away, and the smell filled our small kitchen. I just added a bit of fish sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes until the soup became creamy and the shrimps were cooked perfectly. We shared the dish together, and it felt like a small reward after everything we’ve been going through lately.
