প্রায় ২/৩ দিন পর আসলাম আজ রিডক্যাশে। পেনাল্টি পাওয়ায় মন খারাপ ছিলো বলে একবারেই কোনো পোস্ট দেই নি। আজ ভাবলাম লেখালেখি শুরু করবো আবার। রিডক্যাশ ছাড়া আবার ভালো ও লাগছিলো না।

About 7 days ago I got penalty for my unactive affiliates, then 3 days ago again got for upvote in same Ip address & now today I got this. But I didn’t have done anything like that this time. The previous two was okay. But this time's is not okay. Without doing anything i got this.
What is happening with me? Now what can I do please give some solution if anyone know about it. 😔
Or if you know another platform like it, please suggest me. It will be very tough for me to pass 14 days without doing something. 😖

The easiest Cup Cake recipe I have ever seen
Hello everyone, it’s your friend @Urbee_tasnim again with a new thing. Today I learned a Cup cake recipe. And I became very shocked because it was so easy recipe that I have ever seen. Let me share it with you.
*****Ingredients*****:
**1. Self Raising Flour (125 gm)**
**2. Caster suger (125 gm)**
**3. Unsalted butter (125 gm)**
**4. 2 eggs**
**5. Vanilla Extract (1/2 table spoon)**
**6. Milk ( 1 table spoon)**
*****Process*****:
• Take a big bowl, then pour flour, sugar, butter in above mentioned quantity. Mix them well with a big spoon or spatula. Then add 2 eggs.
• Bit the mixture with Electric bitter/hand whisk for 8 minutes.
• Then add 1/2 ts vanilla extract and 1 ts milk in the mixture.
• Again bit it for 30 seconds.
• Then take some cups or cup shaped mould.
• Brush some oil/ put small round shaped pershmen papers in the bottom of the cups or moulds.
• Then with a big table spoon pour the mixture in 12 cups/moulds. ***The measurement & quantity is perfect to 12 cups. So try to maintain this measure.***
• Put the cups/moulds in a oven. Set the temperature at 170°C.
• Bake it for 15-20 minutes.
And your delicious cup cakes are ready to eat. If you want you can add some cream & sprinkles at the top to decorate it.

আমরা কেমন জানি!
আসসালামু আলাইকুম, আমি উর্বী।আজ এসেছি নতুন কিছু নিয়ে। শেষের উদাহরণ টি অবশ্যই দেখার অনুরোধ রইলো।
আমরা কেমন জানি! তাই না?
এই কেমন জানি মানে কি? ভালো না খারাপ স্পষ্ট বুঝা মুশকিল। যখন আপনি কোনো আজব জিনিস দেখবেন, তখন মুখে চলেই আসবে কথাটি "কেমন জানি"। সেটা মানুষ হতে পারে, হতে পারে কোনো খাবার আবার হতে পারে কারো আচরণ। কথাটি শুনে মনে হয় ভালো খারাপের মাঝে কিছু একটা, আবার শুনে মনে হবে যে হয়তো সে দ্বিধা-দ্বন্ধে আছে তাই এভাবে বলেছে।
আসলে এগুলো কিছুই না। এগুলো শুধু নাম মাত্র ভাবনা। আসলে যে বলে সে ঠিকই জানে যে তার "কেমন জানি"র মানে ভালো না খারাপ। সে ঠিকই জানে কিন্তু যখন বলতে পারে না সবার সামনে তখন সেই কথাটি বলে "কেমন জানি" ।
**তবে আমি কেমন জানি কথাটি বল্লাম এই জন্য যেন আপনারা খারাপ না ভাবেন অথবা কষ্ট না পান , হয়তো আমার কাছে খারাপ লাগতে পারে কিন্তু আমার যার প্রতি খারাপ লাগা, তার হয়ত কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা আছে বা কোনো সমস্যায় আছে এমন ও হতে পারে। তাই "কেমন জানি" বলার আসল কারণ।**
তো এখন আসি কেন খারাপ লাগে? কি এমন হয়েছে? আর আমার এই পোস্ট টা বাংলায় লিখার কারণ টাই বা কি?
**বলছি বলছি। উদাহরণ সহ বলবো। আগেই বলে নেই, সবাই যে এমন তা কিন্তু নয়। কিছু মানুষ অনেক ভালো ও ব্যতিক্রম আছে। কিন্তু বেশির ভাগই এরকম।**
এই যে দেখুন না, আমরা যারা যারা এই প্লাটফর্ম টা তে লিখালিখি করছি, বিভিন্ন আর্টিকেল লিখছি, কেউ সুন্দর সুন্দর ছবি দিচ্ছি, আবার অনেক সময় কি করছি, এই যে আমাদের লিখা বা পোস্ট গুলো বিভিন্ন গ্রুপ বা কমিউনিটি গুলোতে সাবমিট করছি যাতে করে আমাদের সাবক্রাইবার দের বাহিরের মানুষ গুলোও যেনো আমাদের পোস্ট গুলো দেখতে পায়। তাই না?
কিন্তু আসলে কি তা হয়? হয় না। হলেও অনেক কম। একটা জিনিস খেয়াল করে দেখবেন, আপনার সাবস্ক্রাইবার যতগুলো আপনার দেওয়া কোনো পোস্ট এ প্রথম ১/২ দিনে কি ততোগুলোই ভিউ আসে? লাইক, কমেন্টের হিসাব বাদ। সেগুলো অনেকে পছন্দ নাও করতে পারে তাই না দিতে পারে। কিন্তু ভিউ? আপনার প্রতিটি পোস্টের নোটিফিকেশন কিন্তু ঠিকই যায় আপনার প্রতিটি সাবস্ক্রাইবার এর কাছে।আর তারা ঠিকই নোটিফিকেশন দেখে কিন্তু আপনার পোস্ট স্কিপ করে চলে যায়। আবার যদি দেখেন আপনি ঠিকই আপনার বন্ধুর পোস্টে লাইক, কমেন্ট করছেন কিন্তু সে আপনার পোস্টে করছে না। কারণ সে ভাবে তার কাজ তো হচ্ছেই আপনার আর কি দরকার। তখন কেমন লাগবে? ভালো না খারাপ? খারাপ লাগলে কি আপনি আপনার বন্ধুকে বলতে পারবেন খারাপ? এই ধরনের সিচুয়েশনের জন্যই "কেমন জানি" কথাটির উৎপত্তি।
আর পোস্ট টি বাংলায় লিখার কারণ হয়তো আমাকে আর আপনাদের বলতে হবে না। এতক্ষনে বুঝেই গিয়েছেন এমন কাজ গুলো করে কারা।
আর কমিউনিটির কথায় আসি। বেশির ভাগ মানুষ শুধু পোস্ট করার জন্যই কমিউনিটিতে যোগ হয়, নিজের পোস্ট এর ভিউ বাড়ানোর জন্য। কিন্তু অন্যের পোস্ট দেখে না কেউ কখনো। তাইতো ৪০০/৫০০+ মেম্বার দের কমিউনিটি তে পোস্ট করলে ভিউ মাত্র ৪/৫ টাই আসে। তাও বুঝা মুশকিল এগুলা আসলে কি আমাদের এক্টিভ সাবস্ক্রাইবার নাকি কমিউনিটি মেম্বার।
দুঃখের সাথে বলতে হলেও এটাই সত্য যে, এই ছোট একটা প্লাটফর্মেই বুঝা যায়, জাতির মধ্যের বন্ধন ও তাদের মনসিকতা। যা আমি অন্যদের মধ্যে দেখেছি। কিন্তু নিজেদের মধ্যে দেখি নি। তাই তো এতো মানুষের মধ্যেও আমাদের নিজেদেরকে একা লাগে। এভাবে উন্নতি সম্ভব কি? কবে আমরা এগুলো থেকে বের হবো? কবে আমরা নিঃস্বার্থভাবে চলতে শিখবো? কবে আমরা আমাদের মন মানসিকতা পাল্টাতে পারবো? ***কবে আমরা সত্যিকারেই উন্নত জাতি হিসেবে বিশ্বের সামনে মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়াতে পারবো?***
আজ এ পর্যন্তই। ভুল ত্রুটি ক্ষমা মার্জনীয়। এত বড় লিখা এত ধৈর্য্য সহকারে এত সময় নিয়ে পড়ার জন্য আপনাদের অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ ❤
How will the World be different after COVID-19
Now the whole world is going through a pandemic, COVID-19. All the things became standstill. After COVID-19 there will be a great change in our world surely. These changes may be both good or bad. Some of them are being highlighted here.
*****POSSITIVE CHANGES:*****
1. World & Nature will breath again. As all the factories, mills & workplaces are closes now,so the world is now getting free from global warming, climate change, greenhouse effect, carbon emission etc day-by-day.
2. People will be more sincere about their health. Because COVID-19 is teaching us that our first priority should be our health and body.
3. The food shortage problem will decrease. Because after COVID-19 farmers will start to grow crops again in their fields & the food shortage problem will be solved.
*****NEGATIVE CHANGES:*****
1. Economic disaster will breakdown in every industries & workplaces. Because now all of them are standstill. It will take a long time to get back the previous Economic stage.
2. People will become used to in isolation. As now all of us are isolated in our house & it'll become our habit. After that it will be tough for us to keep pace in crowded place.
3. After COVID-19 education system will change drastically. Students will find a huge gap in their knowledge or if they try to fill it up, it will highly pressurise their brain.

গতকালের ধাঁধাঁর উত্তর ও সারপ্রাইজ আপভোট 😉
আজ .05$ সারপ্রাইজ আপভোট পেলো গতকালের খেলার, ধাঁধাঁ গুলোর যারা সঠিক উত্তর দিতে পেরেছে। এটি সারপ্রাইজ হওয়ার কারণ হলো, আমি আগে এটা বলি নি যে সঠিক উত্তর যারা দিবে তারা কোনো আপভোট পাবে।😁

অতি বিশ্বাসের ফেরতে ধোকাই কেন আসে?
আজ আমি কি বলতে যাচ্ছি জানি না, মনে যা আসছে লিখে যাবো হয়ত।তবে এটা সেই মনের অবস্থা বলতে পারেন, যা কখনো না কখনো সবার জীবনেই এসেছে।
কেনো এমন হয়? বিশ্বাসের বদলে ধোকাই কেনো আসে?
কাউকে বিশ্বাস করে যখন আপনি তার খুশির জন্য নিজের মূল্যবান কিছু ত্যাগ করেন, নিজের ইচ্ছা আশা খুশি সব ছেড়ে তার সাথে কোনো এক রাস্তায় এগিয়ে যান। কিন্তু কেমন লাগবে যদি সে আপনাকে সেই রাস্তা একটু খানি হেঁটে মাঝপথে ছেড়ে চলে যায়? কেমন লাগবে যদি সে আপনাকে সেই জনমানবহীন রাস্তায় একা হাঁটতে দিয়ে চলে যায়? তার থেকে বড় কথা যদি আপনার বিশ্বাস আর ভালোবাসা এতোটাই দৃঢ় হয় যে আপনার তাকে ছেড়ে হাঁটার অভ্যাস ই না থাকে। তাহলে? কি হবে তখন? কি ই বা করবেন তখন? কি করা উচিত হবে আপনার?
এই প্রশ্ন গুলোর উত্তর কি কারো কাছে আছে? আজ পর্যন্ত কি কেউ এগুলোর উত্তর দিতে পেরেছে? কেউ কি পেরেছে এসব প্রশ্নের সমাধান দিতে ?
কেউ পারে নি উত্তর দিতে, আর না কেউ পেরেছে সমাধান দিতে। কেন, জানেন তো? কারণ যখন আপনি একা হয়ে যাবেন, তখন আপনার পৃথিবী অন্যের মতো সুন্দর থাকবে না। আপনার সেই একাকীত্বের নতুন পৃথিবী শুধু আপনাকে আপনার একাকীত্বের কথাই মনে করিয়ে দেবে,মনে করিয়ে দেবে আপনার ভুল গুলো। আপন ও তখন পর হয়ে যাবে।সবাই শুধু বলবেই, "ওই পথে গিয়েছিলে কেনো? তুমি নিজে গিয়েছিলে এখন নিজে বুঝো।" কিন্তু এই কথা কখনো শুনতেই পারবেন না , "যা হয়েছে হয়েই তো গিয়েছে, এখন এসো নতুন জীবনে এগিয়ে চলো নতুন উদ্যমে।আগের যা কিছু ভুলে যাও।"
আবার অনেক সময় এমন ও হয়,কেউ এসে বলে, " ঠিক আছে, বাকি পথটুকু কি আমার সাথে হাঁটবে? চলো না একসাথে দেখি পথ শেষে ওপারে কি আছে? সবটুকু পথ পাড়ি দিতে চাই তোমার সাথে।"
এখানেই শেষ নয়। বিশ্বাসটা ভেঙে গিয়েছিলো যে, তা তো আবার ফিরে আসা কঠিন। তাও আবার নতুন কারো উপর। মনে হবে যেনো পৃথিবীর কাউকেই বিশ্বাস করা বারণ। কেউ এই মোহে আর এগোতে পারে না পথ। আবার কেউ নতুন নরবরে বিশ্বাস নিয়ে এগিয়ে যায় কুটি পায়ে। পৌঁছে যায় তার গন্তব্যে।
**এভাবেই চলতে থাকে জীবন, চলতে থাকে সমাজ। কেউ রয়ে যায় পথের মাঝে দাঁড়িয়ে, আবার কেউ নরবরে পায়ে হেঁটেও চলে যায় তার শেষ গন্তব্যে।**
জানি না কি লিখেছি, আর কেমন ই বা লাগবে আপনাদের। কিছু না ভেবে, কিছু না দেখে বসে পড়লাম লিখতে। ভুল ত্রুটি ক্ষমা করবেন। কেমন লেগেছে আপনাদের জানাবেন।

"Hard life of a poor little girl"(last part)
But one day Joye got a blame of stealing by the co-workers of her. As everybody knew that she was in want of money, everybody trusted it easily. The owner also thought the same and fired her from that job. Then Joye ran to home and started crying. Actually she never stolen anything. This blame hurted her deeply. She couldn’t go to find any work for a week. On the other hand, the money she saved for her mother operation by working in the food shop was about to finish for buying food & medicines for her mother. After that she thought that she need to find another job. Then the next day she again went out to find another job.
Suddenly she saw a flower shop that was crowded with customers. Joye went there and asked the seller for job. The flower seller became irritated, as he was busy with his customers. Joye continued asking him. Then he shouted at her and told her to leave from there. An old lady, from the customers noticed it. When Joye was leaving, she called her. Joye stoped. The lady asked her name and took her to a nearest restaurant. The lady ordered some food for them. Then asked Joye about her & wanted to know the reason of searching job. Joye told her everything. After finishing their meal she packed some food for Joye's mother and asked Joye's adress. Then she dropped Joye at her house and said, " You don’t need to find any job, I will come to meet you tomorrow."
In the next morning Joye woke up and saw the lady with a car in front of their house. Joye opened the door and the lady came to meet her and her mother.
Actually the old lady was very rich. But she didn’t have any family. When she saw Joye for the first time, she wanted to keep Joye with her. But after hearing her situation she decided to take her mother as well. She told Joye and her mother that she would like to take the responsibility of Joye and her education. Also she would help in her mother's operation. At first they couldn’t believe it. Then the old lady convinced them and they accepted that. They went with her to her huge house.
2 months later, Joye got admitted in a school. And after operation her mother also recovered. The old lady loved Joye's mother as her daughter and Joye as her grand-daughter. They started to live happily with each other...❤❤

Hello,it's @Urbee_tasnim again. I have come to share my condition & feelings with you all.😖
From last few days my points and dollers are not growing at all😞. But i tried to publish articles regularly.
Now I am losing my mental strength to publish any article😔. Don't know how can i get back it. May be need some time and support.😞
My health is not good as well. Caught cold & fever from yesterday🤧. Taking medicines but didn't find any changes. Now only prayers can give me relief from this situation. So please pray for me..🙏🙂
"Hard life of a poor little girl"( 3rd part)
While crossing a road, Joye saw a injured little puppy in the middle of the road & it was not able to walk. Joye took the puppy and started to search for help. Suddenly she found a man in front of a food shop. She asked him for help. And the man did so. While bandageing the puppy's leg, the man asked Joye where she was going alone. Joye said, "I am searching for a job." The man became shocked and wanted to know the reason of her finding job at this early age. Joye said nothing, just looked at the puppy. After sometimes, Joye asked him if he had any job for her. He said, " Oh dear, Even I work in this shop, how can I give you any job!" Joye became slightly disappointed & the man noticed that. Then he gave her a candy. Seeing that Joye became shocked again because it was the same candy that her mother used to give her daily. Then Joye started to request him for job. After that the man took her to his owner & told to give her a job. At first the owner refused. But when he saw Joye begging for the work, he couldn’t refuse her anymore. Then the owner gave her some breads & said, "Come to work from tomorrow." Joye became so happy and went back to home. Then gave her mother the good news. Her mother never wanted her little child to work like that. But she was helpless. Then Joye took the bread and served it with milk to her mother. Mother ate that. Then she started to eat & gave a share to the puppy.
Then the next morning Joye went to work. At her first day she was taught everything. After learning she always did her work perfectly and she was very dedicated to her work. The owner of the shop was very satisfied with her work. Everything was going very smoothly.
But one day Joye got a blame of stealing by her co-workers...
