Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile

**A friend of mine recently informed me that he won't optimize his LinkedIn profile now because he obtained an extension of his temporary postdoc job!** Is he correct in his action plan? Maybe yes, or maybe not. What do you think? **I think differently about LinkedIn.** **I see many such passive LinkedIn profiles.** These LinkedIn profile holders remain silent and passive. **These LinkedIn members seldom write/publish a post or write a meaningful comment on others' posts. Maximum, they repost mostly 'viral' and 'platform's paid promoted' posts without any custom text.** They have generic LinkedIn profile headlines, mostly their job description. Some of them are even paying the premium membership, yet their profiles are passively incomplete and silent. **These passive LinkedIn members are not using all the features of LinkedIn, which are available to all members, irrespective of premium (paying), or basic (free) membership.** **Your LinkedIn profile is your professional deck.** Try to realize that your LinkedIn profile is an impact-driving digital identity on the Internet super highway.
