The Past is a Friendly Guide

Do you always try to forget the past? Wise people say, "Don't look at the past, and look at the present." But avoiding a dark past is not going to do a wonder automatically. Sometimes, we have unpleasant moments. The problem arises if our unpleasant past moments happen in front of the public. Whatever efforts we make to forget the unpleasant public experience, a part of the public won't allow us to ignore it. They are, of course, not our well-wishers. It happens plenty of times in our life. Don't avoid the past. Face it with courage. The past can't be forgotten, whether it is terrible or sweet. The present is the best gift we have while living. It is proof that we are living creatures. Past experience is a gift we can't afford to ignore. Use past experiences as teaching material. Significantly less attachments to the past are natural. I don't remember many things (good or bad) from the past. Major past events may sometimes remain as milestones of cherished learning experiences. Significant life learning comes from past experiences. Keep past mistakes as fond mementos. Remember your past mistakes and learn from them. Some people write down and put up their major past mistakes on the wall so they won't forget the journey of their lifelong learning. If you remember the major past mistakes, you will never fall into the trap of making similar mistakes in the future. Your past mistakes may be considered cherished mementos that life offers. Let your past remains as a friendly guide. Whoever advises us to forget the past is somewhat cowardly. You need not be afraid to remember past mistakes. Those memories are great learning on the pathways of life grinding. You don't deserve to forget your lifelong learning from past mistakes.
