For my religious friends please help me answer this question, CAN GOD MAKE YOU RICH? I was asked this question in a discussion and I answered NO, GOD'S BLESSING ALONE CAN NOT MAKE YOU RICH . Please don't get me wrong. God can bless you beyond what you expect, in fact he can open big doors for you to succeed. But that automatically does not translate to wealth. Or does it? Here is the thing, no matter the amount of blessing you get, no matter the doors that are open to you, if you don't obey the principles of wealth you will not keep money to be rich. So what are this principles you might ask 1- saving 2- investment 3-being frugal I have been there so I understand . I enjoy plenty of God's blessing in my life but I never saved, I never invested, always believing I will still be blessed. For a long time I was always going back to square one, always. Not until I started saving a lot and invested, and also cut down on my spending . When you now add this to GOD'S blessing it was so crazy. What's your perspective ? May be am seeing it the wrong way.

God's blessing surpasses all riches. Being "rich" is being successful in the eyes of other men. Being "blessed" is being successful in the eyes of God. While these two forms of success are not mutually exclusive, it doesn't mean that one implies the other. For example ..... do you think that George Soros, the very wealthy atheist who has famously considered himself a sort of 'god", has the blessing of God?
God's blessing does indeed surpass all forms of riches, that is if we use the blessings well. As regards George Soros, I believe the principles of riches and wealth are quite different from God's blessings. God can bless you, but if you don't put that blessings to better use, you can remain as you are always living from hand to mouth. George Soros will be wealthy because he can save and invest his money properly, not necessarily because he believes in God.
My answer is a big “No”. If you will not do some sacrifices and do hard to reach your goal then God will not give you help. A person should move and work so God will help you.
I think I get what you mean. But I still think HIS blessing alone will not do the work. We need discipline and understanding to get there
