When you boil it, the water turns to red, just like blood. You can also use it in cooking food or making salads. They call it a wonder plant because it gives a lot of blood to the body. If you are short of blood you just need 2 glasses of the water and you are fine. It helps to heal a lot of sickness. I take it quite a lot as it has helped me in recovering from many illnesses.
