Ok! It can't be true
Scott dismissed the staff, now we're left with Sonia and Tessy. They kept exchanging glances like they were waiting for each other to say something first.
" Tessy you're fired!
It dropped from my mouth, it was never my plan to say that but I just did anyway. I saw her acting sober. It's so clear, she was pretending.
" Ma! Am very sorry, it's was the devil" I saw words run out of Scott mouth.
"The devil? Really? Are you for real. You guys do shit then you blame it on the devil,Lame excuse. Just go clear your desk , we don't need traitors"
She angrily walked out without saying a word. She was so sure Sonia would settle her.
"Aaawwwnnn hopeless thing, you succeed in brainwashing her. Congrats on that!" I turned my seat to the window backing my sister. Getting ready for whatever she was going to say.
"You Know am good in brainwashing.just like I brain-washed you"
I heard a sound, I turned my seat again. Now I was facing them. Sonia held herLeft cheeks, she turned red instantly. She should be shocked. No one as ever laid hands on her, evil beast.
"How dare you threaten and torture her. She is no pun of yours. The next time you open that mouth to say another rubbish. You will get more from me"

"Awesome! Amazing performance, I hope that would be showed in cinemas world-wide. Anyway you can fool her and not me. Who doesn't know you are looking for the easiest route to wealth and I will not seat and watch while you try deceiving us all"

Christian: Living on purpose (keegan H.)
“Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.” (Ephesians 5:15-17) Could there be better advice for living? We need to be careful, very careful, how we live our lives. That means that we need to live on purpose.
We cannot simply fly by the seat of our pants and do whatever feels right or fun at the time. I am an impulsive person. This is a hard lesson for me. When I was younger, I never took the time to pray and seek out God’s will. If I saw an opportunity, I took it without considering if this was the direction God wanted me to go. I was foolish because I refused to hesitate before I jumped.
Often, this led me to a place where I was not meant to be. I wasted far too much of my life chasing fantasies instead of being who God created me to be. We can’t afford to be foolish with our lives. We can’t afford to waste these days on idle fancies or selfish gains. Every day that we walk this earth is a day we can, and should, live for God’s glory and not our own. Every meeting is an opportunity to encourage someone else.
Let us make the most of those opportunities. Ephesians 5 goes on to tell us, “Be filled with the Spirit. Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.” (verses 18-21) This is the way we should choose to live. Choose joy and love. When life begins to weigh us down, let us choose to sing a song of praise.
Let us choose to list our blessings instead of our worries. Let us choose to be thankful and never ungrateful. The days are evil, but we don’t have to be. When we live different, we share Christ in a world that doesn’t even understand how desperately it needs Him. Never be afraid to shine just as you are because the world needs a light that only you can make.

"Ok! Is anything the matter, do you want me to sign something!" I said as I saw my staff in my office.
So early in the morning. I saw them exchange glances. Ok! I have no idea what all this is about. Am hoping to fix up all of my mess this week.
Am hoping I could Concentrate and prove that sister of mine wrong. Anyways she won again!! And it obvious that I ..... Before I could finish I heard a thunderous laughter, speaking of the devil "I can see now that you can run this company.
How would you not no about this company been in bankruptcy. Remember who brags about the company saying I want to ruin it. I think that's just too much for a baby sister. That apart do you Know what news made it big this morning? Find out for yourself.
Can someone tell me where this girl is from? Do we really have the same blood flowing in us.
"So how does that explains your been here." I said with Fein ignorance
"It's says so much, we are quiting, Tessy said"
I got up from my seat to theLounge where they were!

They had a meeting in Sonia's house and said so many horrible things about me. I never believed those I call my team members are actually not. They're good for nothing traitors.

"Hello sir, yes sir! Ok am on my way to your office. Ann I have to fix a problem. You should go home to rest"
He took off instantly. I wonder why he was running.
I need to go home, I should get taxi or something, I thought.

The detective had a Stern look. He hopes, Scott could take all he is about to say.
* Yes! I found out something intriguing." He waits to hear Scott response.

*Sonia's son isn't for that rich dude" ok! Good for her, how is that my concern, Scott thought.
"That really is not the point, the point am making is that...."

"Detective please, you're getting me scared! Tell me are we save perhaps she is coming for me soon.

I came across a quote from Hamilton Wright Mabie today. It read: “Blessed is the season which engages the whole world in a conspiracy of love”
It is true that Christmas time rings with a call for kindness like no other. Perhaps that is why this year I am so eager to put up my Christmas decorations. After a year like 2020, I need a little peace, love, and good will.
The problem is that Christmas without Christ only hides the problems we face. It camouflages our disagreements with glittery snow and drowns out our angry cries with festive music, but it can never heal the problems of our heart.
Our world needs more than tinsel and merry music. It needs more than candy canes and twinkly lights. The world, and us, need God’s grace. It can be very easy to get swept away with the celebrations – however different they may look this year. Afterall, we all need something festive right now.
But no matter what your Christmas plans look like this year, take some time to remember that love was the first Christmas present.
Jesus didn’t have to give up his divinity to become fully human. He didn’t have to spend his earthly life teaching and healing like he did. He definitely didn’t *owe* us his trip to the cross.
All of it was a gift. All of it is love poured out on an often-unloving people. For you, he came and for you he died and rose again. Make this season truly about love.
Hold tight to the meaning behind the lights. Share more than a smile, and more than a boxed wrapped with ribbons and bows. Share the gift of the manger that led to a cross. Let’s turn this season of love into a lifestyle.

I lamented! I was leaning on his broad shoulders. Wailing knowing that he is listening to all I have been saying for the past few hours.
I don't know what he is thinking or if he is surprised but right now I really don't care who the boss is. The most important thing now is the fact that am sure have met him. I now know I need him more than I could ever need my profile,my company and my will. I have to come out from this shell because he is doing me no good.

Over 2000 years ago, Jesus was on this planet earth to carry out the long promise of salvation. God has loved us from the beginning and had prepared a medium of salvation after the initial fall of man.
We must not drift away from the call of salvation. For 30 years, God prepared Him for the task ahead and in 3 years, he was his job was done. He finished the walk of salvation, made disciples, made Himself known to the world, He told us about His father and who we are in Him.
To make His work alittle easy, He decided to make disciples to toll His part and carry on after He had left to be with His father. Be reason of our salvation in Christ, we are His disciples.
Jesus gave and is still giving invitation today to us, come after Me. What does it mean to go after Him? It means forgoing the things of the world, and cleaving unto the world. Not fulfilling the desires of the flesh. We need God all the way because we cannot do anything ourselves. We need the guidance of the Holy spirit. He had said if we follow Him, He will make us fish men.
God need Laborers in His kingdom, for the laborers are few with a lot of harvest. Spreading the gospel, fishing men is not for pastors, evangelist, bishop, missionary, it is for everyone now matter how small you are. No limitation in the Kingdom, all you need do is to avail yourself for Him to use. Be a disciple.

What are you thankful for? (keegan H.)
What do you have to be thankful for? Do things like your car, home, or family come to mind? What about the things that make us grow? What about the struggles and hardships that shape our lives and redefine our character? Do we remember to be thankful for those things as well?
I admit that thankfulness in the middle of struggle doesn’t come naturally. In fact, at times it has felt insincere at best and a betrayal to my pain at the very least. Thankfulness and struggle don’t naturally go together. But we aren’t called to live by nature’s standards.
We were created to be higher than this natural world we live in. We were created in God’s image and, with His help, we can respond to life with grace and faith. In his book, The Problem of Pain, C.S. Lewis wrote, “God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but shouts in our pains.” How can we not be thankful for times that bring us closer to God? While I would not want to relive the hardest times of my life, I would not want to forfeit the lessons I received because of them either.
Deuteronomy 8:2-3 says, “Remember how the Lord your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep His commands.
He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.” When you feel like you are lost in the forest of uncertainty or pain, remember that this too serves a purpose.
Remember that God can do things that no one else would have thought of to preserve you during this time. Let us be a people who are thankful in good times and bad because we know that the bad, when placed in God’s control, always leads to good. And so, I am thankful for it all.

Watch out
Hurriedly i jump out of bed. I checked the alarm on my dressing table, It's 2:30am, am so scared. My dad was injected again. The guards thinks, the enemy as an insider. I put a call through to Steve.
"Hey! I hope i did not disturb you.
I said
"Not at all Ann what are friends for! What's the matter this time'
"Father was injected, this time for real this is just the limits to all I can take"
Am sick and tired of everything now. Where is that evil fellow. Show your face and stop hiding"
Steve kept quiet he allowed me shout and voiced out my anger. So understanding! He is indeed a husband material so I updated my list

We live in this world, but we were not created to behave like it. Seriously, that is a very hard calling.
None of us have ever seen the perfection of this world before sin polluted its beauty. None of us have ever experienced existing without the burden of sinful desires and a humanity that pulls us towards evil.
Yet, we are called to live differently. We are called to try to do everything we can do to recreate perfect brotherly love. This is no small task.
Afterall, we are a broken and flawed people because the curse of sin transformed everything about our humanity and the world we live in. Yet, our calling has not changed.
Romans 12:18 challenges us by saying, “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” This is no easy calling, but then, if it were, there wouldn’t be as great a reward for following it. People do not always see eye to eye. That is part of the beauty of humanity. When we listen to one another without pointing fingers or accusing, we learn to see things from a different perspective.
When we share our differences, we are given a broader appreciation of others. We were created to enhance the lives of each other, not tear them down for their differences. We are called to encourage, not destroy.
We are commanded to set aside our disagreements for the sake of unity; even if this means we don’t get our way. We are urged to live as citizens of Heaven and not this world. This means that we must act differently and love more deeply.
Remember Paul’s admonishment in 1 Corinthians 3:3: “You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere men?” As Christians, God holds us to a higher standard. He calls us to love with an unusual love and to forgive with self-sacrificing forgiveness.

Routine physical activities - A path to improved health
One way to stay healthy is by maintaining a regular physical activity. Some are scared of regular physical activity for fear of injury, physical activities can also be in form of aerobic activity such as brisk walking, etc (especially the aged people).
Regular exercise has proven without any reasonable doubt how helpful it is to our everyday life. And to get the most benefit, you should know and get the recommended amount of exercise for both children and adult.
How much exercise do you need?
**Adults** should get at least 150 minutes of moderate – intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous – intensity aerobic physical activity each week.
**Children** should get 60 minutes or more physical activity everyday

My Spec (Episode 10) - Who is this enemy?
Mother wouldn't stop crying. She wouldn't listen to Grandma or anyone at all. Martha as been placed on bed rest. She is the most useful in situations like this.
"Mother would you stop all this. Will crying solve anything. If he is not safe in Nigeria, Then let's fly him out."
No one had thought of that! Even those that came to comfort mom. Made things even worst.
It's all seem like they were mourning father already.
"Would you shut up! You have always spoken out of point. Where is the money to fly him out and treat him in dollars" That was grandma,
"That's true! We don't have such amount at hand" my mum added.
I made to leave for my room because I really don't like this depressed atmosphere.
"But we can get armed men to watch over father. So that no one succeed in harming him again but most importantly we need find out who wants to kill him. We are not going to give up on him. When we know there are a million ways ensure he makes it back to us"
That sounds like the most wisest words have heard in days. It was Daniel, my cousin's husband.

Christian: Pride is the mother of all sins- Apply wisdom
I was in a cruise two days ago trying to do the things that pleased me, little did I know that I was not my own. I really felt good in the beginning, thought I had all that was needed, thought I had all the answers, but something happened. I was convicted, pride has set in. My pride had prompted my actions and Inactions. The Bible opines '...............God resist the proud but He giveth grace unto the humble....'(James 4vs6).
Blessed be God who has convicted me, for He truly chastised those whom He loves. I was grieved because of what I had done and was curious to be forgiven. At that point I needed grace to move on. I needed to confess, not to a man but to God Himself.
Heaven' s perspective of pride is not the same as the world's, Proverb 16vs 18 informs us that 'pride goeth before destruction... '. So I wondered how I would have been destroyed because of my pride, i then believed that the word of God is true at all times.
I don't know what you are going through right now, your case may not be like mine, I don't care what sin has been committed but I know God is always ready to receive you but we need to first acknowledge them and be ready to forsake them and see them the He God see them.
We need to embrace walking in humility, for humility gives birth to grace and pride will never produce anything good in us.

In general terms, Flash crash refers to a sudden crash or a fall in the price of stock. It happens within a very short period of time and can lead to serious losses

Flash crashes in cryptocurrency can be described as when prices of cryptocurrency assets declines over a very short period of time and then picks up in a recovery period, the end result appears as though the crash never happened.

As started, flash crashes occurs within the shortest possible time and you may not really know when it happens, but the values are always seen. The currencies are volatile, therefore,computer programs can be a prime cause of flash crashes. Computers are designed to trade large volumes and carry out series of trade in split seconds which is beyond human capabilities , sometimes this programs are suppressed by pressure placed on them and can then lead to a dive in the price.
Traders performing illegal trade are also a reason to the flash clashes experienced in recent times. Most of them perform several trades and sales order at the same time which can result system congestion and system malfunction. While Researcher are still yet to know the root causes of flash crashes, others say it is initiated by some high profile traders to make profit.

On 26th June 2019, COINBASE customers were not able to access accounts due to an blackout. Price of Bitcoin at this time dropped by 18% which was about $1,700.
Another occurred on May 26, 2019, Poloniex (CLAMS) lending pool lost about $13.5 million due to a programmed insolvency.
June 21, 2017 GDAX now Coinbase flash crash Etherum (ETH) dropped by more than 800% due to a multimillion – dollar market sell order which activated the stop-loss orders and margin trade liquidation, though Coinbase Pro traders were reimbursed.

In conclusion, even though flash crashes are rare, they still happen in the cryptocurrency market. Whatever you do, there’s no way to completely prevent loss in the event of flash crash, but a properly place stop –loss order can keep risk to minimal.

Catching Them Young - Lion's Heart Outreach
Education is instrumental to the development of a nation. The proverb ‘Catching Them Young’ interprets the slogan of the **LION’s HEARTS OUTREACH** which implies the desire, to cater, train support and guide the children early in life to develop affinity for their books, and the things of God, using ICT and other learning aids to build up the early stage of a child.
The computer age brought about development in several areas of life but we know that nothing in life operates at 100% efficiency, this still leaves some areas untouched. Spiritual education is of most paramount as the other forms of education, such as ICT etc.
*what we stand for*
The outreach advocates for adequate funds to cater for children whose parent cannot afford the basic education, provide academic materials such as writing, reading materials and a conducive environment to foster their learning process and finally impact them spiritually.
Many parents find it difficult getting their children to study the bible on their own, since they lack interest. For many it is like hitting a nail on a brick wall, the fault I believe is not totally the children’s but the parent too have a hand in this problem. Parent do not engage their kids on the bible patterns early enough, so forcing them when they grow becomes almost impossible. Most parent do not spend time on the bible with their kids, claiming not to have time, etc.
Most children are even able to quote the structure verbatim but still need someone to coach them on how to put it to use.
Our role is to catch them to know Christ from the tender age by visiting schools, using basic instrument such as rhythms, poems, songs to them the word of God. Basic topic such as faith, love, obedience, purity, kindness, forgiveness, hospitality, endurance must be thought to prepare them for the future, lead them to accept Jesus Christ as their lord and personal savior, they can be filled with the Holy Spirit and can as well speak in tongues. They would be guided until they can personally have quite.
The scripture says in Train up your child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it’…… (Prov. 22vs6).

Isn't it intriguing to know that the word of God is everything?
Everything we require to make it in life is in the word of God. The word of God is living and powerful, The word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. It cuts all the way through, to where soul and spirit meet, to where joints and marrow come together. It judges the desires and thoughts of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12 GNB).
As believers we should not undermine the power of the word, moreover, we should not also get too familiar with the Word to the point that it no longer make an impact on you.
Despite the efficacy of the word, it can still be rendered ineffective by a Christian. Many in the world today are bounded by certain traditions thereby affecting the supply of power of the word of God through them. 'The word of God, the bible says can never return to Him(God) void, but accomplish... '
When you are faced with the difficult part of life, it is important to calm down and examine the aspect of the word the best handles the situation and put it to work.
Remember, the word is God himself. When you speak the word in any situation, you are speaking God to that situation. It is therefore our duty to speak God's words to manifestation.
