I have being a wonderful fan of this healthy warm water therapy for a while now and I can share my own personal experience . Taking warm water first thing when you wake up in the morning is a healthy tip you must know and do.
Here are some simple but very important benefits it's practiced like a life style.
Few glasses of warm water when taken in the morning can help relax the body and help induce sleep.
It can also help in blood circulation through the removal of toxins from the system. It loses the muscles as well and help a free passage of blood.
Taking a cup of warm water in the morning can aid in digestion. The system is stimulated which helps the body to eliminate food easily.
Some researchers says it helps to prevent premature aging, as toxins in the body accumulates, it will increase aging process and the body becomes prone to disease. Taking warm water first thing every morning will help remove toxins from the system and repair skin cells.
Functionality of the central nervous system is enhanced by this singular act.
Taking water that's too hot could damage the cells, so ensure water is warm.
Furthermore, taking warm water before going to bed could also be the best way to end a busy day.
Having known this benefits, it's of great importance that we put it to practice.

The Future of Bitcoin Cash: Bitcoin Cash Halving – 1232 days to go
Unlike other promising cryptocurrencies, bitcoin halving is the event whereby the available number of generated bitcoin cash rewards per block is divided by 2. It is set to occur 1232 days from today. We might think it’s too early to talk about it but it always an anticipated event.
Assuming the total number of bitcoin cash mined by miner per block is 7.7, halving means that the block will be divided by 2 which makes it 3.85 BTC.
Furthermore, the number of bitcoin cash will be scarcer, reducing inflation and causing the value to probably increase.
The halving is periodical and is programmed into the Bitcoin’s cash node.

Earlier this year, halving occurred in the bitcoin blockchain, and since then we have experience a great surge in the value of bitcoin. The scripture says that we should not wish for the good old days. God wants us to be happy about today. Such a wish the bible calls it lack of wisdom (Foolishness).
I have heard people say they wished they could turn back the hands of time, but come to think of it, the seeds that was sown 5 or 10 years ago are fruits we are harvesting today. Remember a good tree will give birth to a good fruit.
What you did many years ago was programmed to deliver to us what our life is today. We should remember that today's problem didn't just arise by itself, it was given birth to.
Rather than wish for the good old days, be happy about today and make wise decisions that will produce good fruits in future. Be excited about life and be hopeful. God has a reason allowing certain things into our lives.
The challenges of today is not for us to worry and cry but we should see them as opportunity to create the better future we seek.
The days that are passed cannot come back so why wish for them, when you can amend your today.

A short nap could be all you need for the afternoon – A tip for healthy living
Most have neglected the efficacy of our afternoon sleep. Siesta is a short nap taken at the early hour of the afternoon. It is referred to as mid-day rest. Originated from a Latin phrase hora sexton which means the sixth hour or noon. It is usually a traditions in some countries.
Some see siesta as just an excuse the have some lazy time out but it is just more than that. It is very vital to our healthy living. The mind needs to be recharge.
Sleep deprivation disease has been a problem in this present age, hence the need for adequate rest. We often work all day and still delay our sleep time at night. If we can make thus a habit disease such as heart failure etc. can be eradicated.
Taking a short nap at noon can help boost our daily productivity. Our daily ability to strategize, calculate drain a lot of energy and their energy must be replenished. It therefore be done by having adequate. I can tell you that a 30 minutes at noon is worth 4 hours night sleep.
Our eyes are often strained from continuous starring at the laptops, computer, siesta would help relax the eye muscles.

The right amount of sleep largely depends on the age.

MY SPEC - Episode 4 (Mission impossible)

I watched his mouth dance for more than 15 minutes have never been lost of words before. Finally I got something to say.

He made the sealed envelope reach me. I read the content for 5 minutes before signing it. It says if he doesn't help Gregory stones get back on his feet in 6 months his appointment should be terminated.i was glad, that's goodness am afraid I would soon fall for my P.A

Tessy walked in with a cup of coffee she placed it on his table. He observed how she smiled sheepishly. She wore black pant with a white shirt. Her small legs were hidden inside a pair of black slippon. She painted her face with all sort and yet she is supposed to be the Secretary of a reputable organization.

Human being possess two types of vision, physical and spiritual. Our physical eyes we use to appreciate the world around us and the spiritual to see beyond this world.
It is only the word of God that can open our spiritual eyes. The efficacy of the word of God cannot be ignored. The word of God is power, the bible says 'For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12 KJV).
Believers require spiritual illumination as the spiritual controls the physical. As we allow God's word into our life through diligent study and constant meditation,our heart is flooded with light.
Paul in Ephesians 1vs17-18 prayed that 'The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints', this can only happen through the word of God.
John chapter 1 opines that ' In the beginning was the Word,and the Word was with God, and the Word was God'. The Word is God Himself. Our life depends on the Word.

God morning and welcome to today.
Christianity is a bed of roses, with test, trials, temptation and challenging time in this journey of life. This challenging times are what the Bible calls the Evil day (Eph. 6vs13).
Most Christians do pray that temptations should not come, hahaha, why should we avoid the things should should build your FAITH and make you tough. If you faint in the day of trials, temptation and adversity, the Bible says your faith is weak.
James says in chapter 1 vs 2, 'count it all joy when you fall into diverse temptations', verse 2 calls this challenges, the trying, the test of your faith which will work out patience in you.
Fellow Believers, God does not tempt a man, but could allow it to build you up, to
bring you to that place of maturity in your faith in God. If you don't welcome temptation when it comes, you could as well remain in that same position for a very long time. The end one success temptation in life leads to a life changing breakthrough.
Examples are seen in scriptures, Job was an example, he was tested and tried but was steadfast, his final end was glorious. Jesus was led to the wilderness to be tempted, you can imagine the outcome of the temptation.
As we steer the course of life, let's remember temptation will always come, but as believers, we have all it takes to overcome.

Can you imagine, Even the gate man asked if I came with a white man. Everyone should be happy have been away for 10 years. Mother never ceases to amaze me and Jeff is not left out. He proposed to me in a car!!!! My life is becoming Nollywood in just 24 hrs.
As for me marriage is Troy's gift, years ago everyone was disgusted seeing me with someone all of a sudden they suddenly Care.
Am back to this good for nothing country to take over From my sick Dad. If not I don't have plans of returning. Am comfortable working with Scott investment. Am a spinster enjoying life to the fullest. I believe things would not be the same again.

I woke up this morning with this question: Have you ever trusted God on anything?
Isn't it comforting, knowing that we have a reliable father who never fails, whose mercies never come to an end. You can depend on Him to care and guide you to your destiny. He is indeed faithful and trustworthy. Where is you trust? I ask again.
Scriptures has given lots of example of Persons who genuinely trust God and He showed up, shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, were threatened with the burning furnace having refusing to bow to an image that was put up by Nebuchadnezzar.
One thing that thrilled me about this guy's was the statement they made 'even if our God will not save us,..' can you imagine the kind of truth and faith in God? But, glory to God who was already waiting in the furnace, He made an air conditioner out of a furnace just because of a singular act of trust in HIM. They enjoyed the fire and didn't even notice the fourth man but the king who threw them inside saw with his eyes a strange man which he described as the son of God . Hallelujah
The Bible describes Him 'as a friend, closer than a brother..' He is a very present help in Trouble, He said call unto me in the day of trouble and I will answer thee, what more assurance do we need?
God is his Word, God can never fail concerning His promises towards us. The Bible says heaven and earth will pass away but the word of God remains forever.
A man will definitely fail you, because it is In their nature to do so but is not a man and cannot lie, what ever He has spoken, He will bring it to pass.

wow, wow, wow, everyone has a comfortable place where we chill off. We visit there when we want to relax and maybe relief stress and want to be alone from people. I love a beautiful atmosphere where i can possibly fill nature it's self. The wind blew from the east, some from the west. other from the North and i stood feeling the wind and breathing in cold fresh air. you could possibly be asking where? behind my school was a big ocean and we are often aloud to visit the bank of the ocean with restrictions.

The only way out is allowing GOD take over the affairs of our life, our human strength will fail us, but God ........ Is God for you?. The Bible talked about seeking first God's kingdom. Temptation the Bible 'says will always come but thanks to God who will not allow you to be tempted more than you can carry', and He will make an escape route. God is still keen about the affairs of men, but when we think our success is by our effort, then pride sets in.......
He didn't spare His only son, so why will not freely give us all things if we trust Him.
Who is on your side in this race? David said 'Some trust in chariots and some in horses, But we will remember and trust in the name of the Lord our God.'
(Psalms 20:7 AMP). Where do you Trust?
If God be for us who can be successful be against us? This statement means, they are consistently fighting against you, but they will never be successful is God is on your side.

At the airport
I got off the plane, My suitcase was handed to me. Elegant me!! I placed my dark glasses on my Face. My leather dress fitted me so well. It's been specially cut out for me. I wore a red wedge sandals. With my hair flowing here and there due to the wind. No one is here to get me, like I care.
"Ann!! " I looked in the direction of the sound. It's was Jeff, he took me serious again!! Oh am so grateful why can't I just fall for this guy. He would definitely catch me, am so sure.
"Jeff!! You got me again!! Am so grateful. You got into the country yesterday I suppose and you still made time to pick me up"
I smiled, as I handed my suitcase to him while I drag my box.
"What are friends for,I hope you are ready now??? Ann, news got to me about the best graduating accountant in Bruce university. Show all your medals to me,I can't wait" Jeff opened the car for me after dropping my luggage in the trunk.
"I have a whole lot of gist Jeff! New York would miss me, You're how old now!! "
I asked
"Am 31,No girlfriend, fiance or wife am married to my job. Anyway relationships are trouble. I love the peace I enjoy!!"

During my tour around the read.cash communities i stumbled on ChangeNow. I might be new here but not as new as you think. i wondered why this community was created with just 2 rule:

-use common sense.
The common sense aspect of it, made me laugh, you know why?, common sense, they say it is not common at all. Am not a fan of not reading rules and regulations as instructions is also part of the examination even if it carries no mark.

A Divine Identity
“Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God.” (1 Samuel 17: 36)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
Prior to our Focal Scripture, Goliath had described the armies of Israel as servants to Saul (see vs. . Goliath minimized their identity. He gave them a convenient description that made them seem little. He gave them a description that began and ended in the physical. David eventually showed up, and he described the armies of Israel as the armies of the living God. David described the armies of Israel from a spiritual perspective.
Friend, you may look like ‘servants of Saul’, but you are the ‘armies of the living God’. You may look small in the eyes of men, but you belong to a God who owns the entire universe. You may seem little in the eyes of those who want to crush you, but you serve a God who has an innumerable company of angels to deploy on your behalf. You may look little in the eyes of your opposers, but you are seated in high places with Christ.
You may look like a ‘servant of Saul’, but there is more than eyes can see. You may seem like some fellow who can be easily crushed by enemies, but unknown to your enemies, you have a company of angels guarding your every step and ensuring that the will of the enemy does not prevail. You may not have as much resources as you need, but you serve a God who owns a thousand cattle on a thousand hills. You are more than you look.
You have a divine identity. God has surnamed you. The mark of God is upon your life. Favour speaks for you. Grace makes the difference in your life. You prevail over the same things that prevailed over others. You are higher than the spiritual wickedness that has been raised in your city or nation. You are greater than the ‘Goliaths’ that have arisen to feast on your flesh. You are more than the multitudes that may have gathered against you.
Live in the consciousness of the fact that you are more than people see or think. You are not insignificant; you are not a servant of Saul; you are part of the armies of the living God; you bear a divine identity.
2 Corinthians 5: 16 says: “Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.”

Am delighted being on a productive platform such as this one. Having been here for just less than 2 weeks, I must say my experience is mind blowing.
As I scrolled through the various communities in read. Cash, the bitcoin cash African community caught my attention. Read through the rules and regulation and saw how interested they are in good posts.
I never thought my hands to do better writing posts and articles but I believe I am here to learn and become better
I am keen about investing in cryptocurrencies, as at the time of writing this article I have in my account bitcoin, etherum, tron, Cake token, and believe that this community will help build my BCH wallet.

Good morning fellow Believers in Christ, trust it meets you well.
Alot ran through my mind as I write to encourage us in the Lord. The world we find ourselves today believes nobody can prosper except his hands are soiled with some sort of blood covenants and etc.
The bible has reiterated that God delights in the prosperity of His children. He said' it is my wish that you prosper and be in health.... ' God' s intended purpose is for His children to prosper.
Our forefathers, example Abraham, the Bible recorded that he walked with God and God blessed him according to the covenant God had with him, on which we stand today.
Isaac prospered until he became the envy to the Philistines. God is the one who give you power to make wealth (deut 8:18). Solomon was another good example of wealth and riches (2 chron. 1:12)
There is a religious myth that when you are rich on earth, you will be small in heaven. God does not prefer any one to another, the same Love is spread abroad.We all are equal in the sight of God. A father's wealth belongs to his genuine sons.
Fellows believer, I have come to encourage us today to brace up yourself, and see that there is a mystery behind riches. Hannah said'He maketh rich, and maketh poor..... ' why is it so?, both rich and poor , He created and own them all.
Remember to put your best in what you do as it written "that what soever your hand findeth to do , do it with all your might".... and God will give thee power to make wealth. Believers are not beggers, our Father has more than enough and to spare.

Bitcoin Cash Node and Bitcoin Cash ABC are tokens at the midpoint of debate about the forthcoming Bitcoin cash fork in November 2020.
The hard fork is coming up on 15th November 2020 and Bitcoin Cash holders are clamoring to get their coins onto exchanges in other to keep it safe.
According to analysis, over $130 million worth of BTC has be moved onto exchanges in just a week making up to $300 million and More BCH are still being moved to exchanges and many are even willingly to sell before the fork.
The Nov. 15 fork is expected to birth Bitcoin Cash Node in addition to the dominance BCH. Node running BCHN have already mined about 84% of Bitcoin blocks in the last seven days.
The future of BCH depends on the outcome of the excepted fork, though clients are afraid of what this outcome might be and most selling out their BCH, some moving their funds into exchanges to secure it.
Poloniex Plans as Bitcoin Cash Hard Fork Approaches
Following the upcoming BCH hard fork, one of the world known exchanges ‘Poloniex’ has given her preparatory ideas. The hard fork is expected to take place on 15th November 2020 at 12:00 UTC. BCHABC will undergo a hard fork and is expected to give birth to two chains.
According to Poloniex the expected two chains are BCHABC and BCHCN. The team behind the full node ABC are saying infrastructural funding plan should be activated while the team behind full node clients including Bitcoin Verde, Bitcoin Unlimited and Bitcoin cash Node are against the activation of IPF even though ABC has being the dominant client since the inception of BCH. The majority of the hash rate are pointing at bitcoin cash node clients. The debate is still ongoing.
***Bitcoin pre-fork trading measures***
Poloniex has given customers option to split their BCHABC on Poloniex and claim equal amount of Bitcoin Cash (BCHA) and Bitcoin Cash Node (BCHN) before the November 15th hard fork, clients can also merge BCHA and BCHN to claim an equal amount of BCHABC that can then be transacted or withdrawn.

All wallets, spot trading, marginal trading, LENDING will be disabled before 15th November 2020 at 12.00 UTC
Once the outcomes of the hard fork is decided they will snapshot all client user balance and distribute BCH and/or BCHA to eligible customers.
In conclusion, after the hard fork and the distribution, client will be able to see their balance of both tokens inside the Poloniex wallet but deposit and withdrawals will be disabled until the blockchain’s network is accurately stable.

God is always very clear when He speaks. His words are true. His word is light, His word if life. His word is everything you can ever think of, His to a believer is weapon.
'He sent forth His word and His word healed them', 'the word of God is powerful......'
As a believer we cannot go far in life without the the word, it is everything a believer has got to handle life.
Jesus informed the Jews in the scripture above that they would remain His true disciple if they continue in His words.
That is a strong word to all believers today, we must continue steadfastly in the word of God to remain His disciples.
1 John 1vs 1 calls it the 'Word of life'.

Whilst studying this morning, a question came to mind, 'can God trust you with His secrets'? God was about to destroy the city of Sodom and Gomorrah because their sinful deeds and HE sent angels to carry out this tasks. God would have done what HE had to do without telling anyone but HE decided not to hid it from His obedient servant, Abraham.
God had already built a RELATIONSHIP with Abraham and this made God to have a second thought about sidelining Abraham. He is called a friend of God.
The question is 'what is your relationship with God'?, 'can God do anything without first showing it to you'? These are questions every christian must answer everyday. Relationships are built and serviced every day.
Building a relationship with Him, begins with obedience to His word, spending time in worship, prayers, fearing God in all actions and deed. The need for a relationship with God is inexhaustible. "The secret of the Lord is with them that fear Him; and He will shew them His covenant" (Ps25vs14)
As believers, we must build a strong bond with our maker. He is he bride and we are the bridegroom. This is a call to self examination.

Bitcoin cash is a cryptocurrency which was launched in 2017 by forking the Bitcoin blockchain. it is the largest Bitcoin fork.
On November 15 2020, the Bitcoin cash upgrade will be set in motion and is expected that the network will separate. Exchanges such as Poloniex and many others have revealed plans for the fork and at least 780 out of the 1000 bitcoin cash blocks were mined using the BCHN software.
During the upgrade the latest feature that will be added to the network will be ASERT Difficulty Adjustment Alogrithm(DAA), nevertheless, the community is preparing for a continuous fork. The Infrastructure Funding Proposal (IFP) has been introduce by the BCH full node projects into the code base. Apart from the BCHN software, BCH block has also signaled for ABC which account for 1.09% of thousands of bitcoin mined.

Poolin has revealed its plans for the BCH fork schedule for the 15th of November 2020. They emphasized that they are currently competing forks proposals, Bitcoin cash ABC and Bitcoin cash Node (BHCN). As a result the mining pool plans to switch all the BCH hashrate to BTC a day before the hard fork and plans to suspend BCH payments on 15th November 2020.
BitGo in preparation for the hard fork will pause all BCH services at 00:00 am on 15th November 2020. They promise to monitor the network and restore as soon as the dominant chain is confirmed in other to keep safe clients funds.
Coinbase has decided to run nodes but once the fork begins a, the system will pause all send/receives to and from the network and will re- enable once the upgrade is successful.
Binance has said that this is a contentious hard fork that may result in an addition token. So the exchange decided to list a leverage token market called "BCHUP" and "BCHDOWN", since the upgrade is supposed to fork out of two chains, BCHA (Bitcoin Cash ABC) AND BCHN (Bitcoin Cash Node).

BCH supporters are therefore advised to sit back and be patient for the completion and outcome of this fork. Whilst they patiently wait, they should keep tight their BCH private keys. Exchanges are also to advise clients on the plans for the upcoming upgrade.

The Hope of Resurrection
'Blessed be God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead', (Act 23vs6)
I personally believe the most important question that any man should ask is: 'Is Jesus Christ risen from the dead?'
Jesus Christ is the central figure of Christianity and is truly alive today, i can tell you that it is not a false hope that was created by some religious persons or a bid to manipulate people, this hope has been examined and spoken off throughout generations. the times we now live in has brought about religious manipulation of people's mind, we believers need to hold on to our faith amid this very difficult times.
Paul stated in 1 cor. 15: 13 down "But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen. And Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and our faith is empty......" BUT JESUS IS RISEN.
The Resurrection is what keeps a believer in the faith, for Christ is risen, there is now hope for the resurrection of the dead. We are born to live forever with Him through the Holy Spirit within us. Christ's resurrection brings the full and final redemption of all creation.
"I am the resurrection and life. He who believes in me, though he die, he shall live again"(John 11vs25). What oxygen is for the lungs, such is hope for the meaning of human life. There is hope that mistakes and sins can be forgiven. There is hope that we can have joy, peace, assurance, and security in the midst of the despair of this age.
Brace up yourself oh believer and key into the hope that is in Christ Jesus. Shalom

Greetings to everyone here, Hello, my name name is Samson Nosakhare from Benin, Nigeria. I just joined and look forward to reading your posts and interacting with you all. I have been looking for a group like this for quite some time.
A devout Christian, I am born again. I attended a catholic primary school were I was been taught of the rosary, etc. Moved on to attend Lutheran high school owned by Lutheran church, completed my secondary college in Nigerian Christian institute owned by Church of Christ.
I worship formerly with Mountain of fire and miracle ministries (MFM) but presently worshipping with New Holyghost city int’l. I love God and will always do the much I can to please Him by His grace. I have been on several evangelism trips to preach the word of God and lives has been change. I love the missionary work.
Presently, I and my team are about to form an outreach, specifically for school children, the main idea is to catch the children young, because if we do the will not depart from it. We believe that fellow Christians from this group will also love to be part of this outreach for he that wins a soul is wise.
Believers are wonderfully people and I hope this community is committed to making Christ known.

I have always wanted to be part of such a platform, expressing myself in words is very key for me. I have being on other platforms but what I heard about read. Cash tripped me. My fiend hyped this platform and now I find myself here.
