Exclusive Bitcoin Cash Poker Tournament for read.cash writers Hello, I'm looking to create a poker tournament using bitcoin cash on blockchain.poker, exclusively for read.cash writers. I'm doing this both as a sort of celebration of this site, as well as a way to raise awareness about the usefulness of bitcoin cash (the tournament will be conducted entirely using this cryptocurrency.) My experiences with the blockchain casino (blockchain.poker) Today, I started using blockchain.poker. It's an online poker site, were new players receive a small amount of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) for **FREE** to start out with. The site is very smooth, and play is very fast. I immediately started winning, and within about two minutes I already had a 40% return (this is unusual, I just got lucky.) I wanted to play with higher stakes, since the starting amount is the equivalent of just a few cents. I decided to transfer most of my funds from read.cash to blockchain.poker, and I was surprised how easy it was. This was the first time I had ever actually transferred cryptocurrency. This might sound cliche, but I was blown away by how easy it was to transfer money through blockchain. Before, I had only understood it in theory, but now that I actually transferred money I was much more impressed. Anyways, the site markets itself as a great place to see the real potential of blockchain and cryptocurrency. I have to agree with them. blockchain.poker is a great site, I highly recommend you check it out! (P.S you can also transfer to higher stakes poker tables depending on how much money you want to play with)

What do you think will perform better, BCH or Bitcoin? Bitcoin is the original, most famous cryptocurrency. However, BitcoinCash is easier to transfer and use in real life as a currency, which I think is the main source of value behind cryptocurrencies aside from speculation. Which do you think will perform better, over the long run?

How to make this site effective Hello, I recently joined read.cash, and I think it's really interesting. However, to make this site more popular, I think there are additional steps that need to be taken, **and it's in all of our best interests to do so.** This site is definitely innovative, and I think **the ability to easily support writers through cash payments is a great idea, regardless of it's done using cryptocurrency.** Of all the sites of this type that I've looked at, this is definitely the most use friendly and effective. However, I think there are some things that need to be addressed. From my brief experience, people have a much larger interest in getting bitcoin cash than giving it. This is understandable; it's why people have an incentive to write in the first place. But for this site to really take off, there needs to be a large demographic of people who use this site just to read, not as a source of income. I think that's still something this community lacks. The main solution, therefore, should be obvious; we need to draw more people to this site. Not only more people, **but we need for more people to come to this site in search of entertainment and writing.** This can be done through a variety of ways, such as through social media. People should get in the habit of sharing posts from this site just as they would with any other article that interests them. Another possible solution is to make it so that **creators gain money without directly costing viewers**. This is, in my opinion, why YouTube became so popular; **creators had a monetary incentive to create good content, while viewers could come to the site for entertainment, without having to pay anything.** The most obvious way to do this is through ads, but I think there are other possible ways as well. Maybe through sponsorship opportunities with companies, who pay creators in exchange for promoting their product? O**r through using this site as a way to peer review already-written academic papers, and using the tipping mechanism as a way to not only show support but also crowdfund research?** This is just a brainstorm, so I'd love to hear your ideas!
