Locust beans stew.( Hello people, and happy Sunday to you all. In Nigerian homes, I don't know about other part of the world, we take Sunday as a major day of rest after Sunday service and all, also it's a day of rice and stew, you see anyone from this part of the world, we take Sundays to visit , and the most meal always served is white rice and stew . Today Sunday I decided to make stew for my family, but as my person doesn't really stew ,the normal tomato and pepper stew ,I had to think if another way of garnishing this stew up, then I remembered I had some locust beans saved up in fridge, I took it out and holla I came up with a another stew recipe This stew I made from

Locust beans Palmoil Fresh fish Seasoning Salt to taste Pepper Tomatoes Redd bell pepper. Onion The pepper and tomato I blended them together So after frying my fish , I brought all my ingredients together to boil. And yea it came out with the right spiciness and all. I served this with some boiled rice . Voila!!!!!
