African delicacy Hey guys, you know I promised to make a post whenever I made the dish that a client ordered, so here it is .

This is a picture of the Afang leaf blended with crayfish and yellow pepper( we call it Cameroon pepper) here in Nigeria . I made this soup with Beef Stockfish. Cowskin Seasoning Salt to taste Fish Palmoil Periwinkles Water leaf

Here is a periwinkle, it's a seafood, it's gotten from the river.

Seasoning cubes and water leaf already sliced. This dish is from the south south side of Nigeria. It is our main meal whenever there is an occasion, or whatever celebration. What's the main dish of your tribe.? Thanks for reading.
