Christ's followers follow His habit

WORD Everyday 1Sam3:1-10,19-20 Mk1:29-39 "Rising very early before dawn, He left & went off to a deserted place where He prayed." When day came, Christ knew where to go & what to do. Christ's followers follow His habit, after waking up, lets have quality talk w/ God. Praying is not doing all the talking. Praying is listening to God where & what to do to obtain His blessings. Listening to God is NOT imagining what He is saying. It is to READ the Bible & spend time in reflection. 1. Be open 2. Read the day's passages. Reflect on the word/verse that struck u 3. Read again 4. Respond to what God told u 5. Be still a few minutes, allow God to have the last word. Say, "Speak Lord, your servant is listening." With this, the Word-made-flesh will be our guide.
