Sweaty hands? Might Arthritis, Fatigue, Other Illnesses. According to beliefs, the so -called "Pasma" causes tremors and sweating of the hand. Muscles also ache and numb. But in my study, many diseases can cause the so-called symptoms of "spasm." We must avoid mis-diagnosis or mis-treatment. Often these are the real illnesses of the patient. For example: 1. Arthritis. Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. - The hand is sore, tight and numb in arthritis. This is due to age and excessive use of hands and body. 2. Carpal tunnel syndrome - numbness of the hand is a symptom caused by excessive washing, and use of the hand at work. There is a pinched median nerve here. 3. Hyperhidrosis or Excessive sweating - This causes excessive sweating in the hands and feet. It can be nervous or hereditary. 4. Lumbar and sacral disease - In numb and painful feet and legs, it is possible because there is a pinched vein in the back. 5. Diabetes - Diabetes damages the nerves and causes numbness in the feet and hands. 6. Parkinson’s Disease-An aging disease in which the hand trembles (tremors), and has difficulty walking as if falling all the time. 7. Edema from heart and kidney disease - Herpes can be caused by heart and kidney disease. 8. Varicose veins - Always standing and sitting, and varicose veins are also inherited. Stir and wear compression stockings. Do not ignore such diseases and say that it is just spasm. It must be determined what disease it is to be treated early and correctly. Consult your doctor. There are some tips in traditional medicine that can and do not hurt: 1. Massage the hands and feet. 2. Soaking in water with salt. 3. Avoid cold water. 4. Rest for 30 minutes before taking a bath. #GoodAdvices
