Pain in the Stomach? Bananas and Bread The Cure We all feel stomach ache. When we miss meals or are stressed at work, our stomachs feel bloated. It releases too much acid so the stomach hurts. This is called gastritis and if it gets worse it can become an ulcer. Medicine is not the only solution to stomach ache. In my opinion, it is better to eat right: 1. Eat at the right time (small, frequent meals). Eat small but frequent meals a day. For example, eat at 7 in the morning. Bananas at 10. Have a little lunch. Have a snack of bread at 4 p.m. Have dinner at 7 p.m. Even if you’re busy at work, don’t forget to eat on time. Take care of the stomach. 2. Bananas and Bread are the cure. Bananas are very healthy. Aside from being easy to digest and eat, bananas are also like medicine because they clog our stomachs. Pandesal is also good for the stomach and satisfying. Every day, I eat bananas and pandesal when my stomach is upset. 3. Drink water sparingly. Drinking water helps a lot in clearing the stomach acid. Proper drinking is to sip a little water every 20 minutes. In this way, the acid in the stomach can be washed away and cleansed. 4. Avoid foods that hurt the stomach. Avoid sour and spicy. There are foods that really hurt the stomach. Avoid overly spicy foods. Chili, lime, vinegar, porridge that is too sour and pinapple juice that is concentrated can cause stomach upset. Excessively cold drinks also irritate the stomach. In my opinion, there is no need for medicine in ordinary stomach ache. Just eat foods that relax our stomach, such as bananas, bread, rice, porridge and vegetables. And also relax friends while eating so as not to stress our stomach! #GoodAdvices
