Based on how people around the world just rolled over to the Covid19 "pandemic", I would say that for most people the choice has already been made. Folks will choose tyranny if that is the comfortable choice, over freedom, if choosing freedom makes them uncomfortable.

  Very possible. I agree people are passive, but they also haven't had to face too much of the reality of their choices. Once they have to pick BCH or CBDC, they might start with CBDC but then as their savings erode or their money gets deleted the reality may hit them in the face. It's just a question if that happens fast enough to enough people.
