If people are giving away BCH to attract other people to their social media accounts, they need to buy BCH. If more and more people do it, more and more people will buy BCH. Will that also affect the price of BCH in the long run?

The change achieved by minorities is effected in the long term, but it is effected.
That's true. I am your fan. Nice name for a new community.
But I haven't created a community at all.😮
I know. I noticed that there are many communities in the Cashrain and more and more every day.
I am still buying it. Granted, not at the rate I was previously. But BCH is still high on my list and on my radar. For whatever that's worth.
I think ETH is also a good choice.
I may have to consider ETH more. I have some, but very little. My mainstays are BCH, SHIB, ALGO, DOGE and BTC, in that order. BTC might be higher up considering stuck holdings at Celsius and what I have at freebitcoin which I don't count—thoughts on those?
The question is whether you think long-term or short-term. To be honest, long-trem I don't think much of DOGE. It is in my view a pupm and dump coin. The others are similar. I would drop them at the next pump. BTC is relatively predictable. Good for traders and speculators, but in my view it will lose ground to ETH in the medium and long term. The BTC dominate is falling and falling. BCH will fall and rise in a bull run parallel to BTC, but probably much more. Monero is interesting. It has been rising steadily for some time and has decoupled from BTC. Am curious if it is sustainable or will it collapse at some point. I hope for such continuous development with BCH, but it's still very much attached to BTC. By the way, I already bought ETH at around $100.
more or less. but it depends on how quickly those who received the BCH dispose of it. the impact on the price may not be much. maybe 1 to 15% of them HODL.
In the bull market, which will undoubtedly come, more people will HODL. And you have to remember that those who buy usually buy larger amounts, those who sell sell smaller amounts. Selling many smaller amounts has less effect on the price than buying a larger amount, I think. But it has to become a mass phenomenon for it to have any effect.
