Quality time with family. Spending time with everyone in the family creates a bond of friendship. In all situations of life, this friend named mother-father can be found beside us. Let's all have some fun time with the family members by having some snacks . Today I have made spicy tea and served with toast biscuits and Fish kabab.

Wellness is a great blessing of the Creator. Just failing in a little fever or cold can be understood how much great gift of being healthy is. We should all be thankful to the Creator when we are healthy. Again, the Creator tests us for faith and sometimes gives us sickness so that we can call on Him for healing and gain the satisfaction of the Creator as a true believer. So the Creator should not be forgotten in any situation of life. One should always have faith in the Creator and pray. What the creator does is for the good.

Let's drink water properly and stay healthy. After waking up in the morning, you need to drink at least one liter (three-four glasses) of water in the stale mouth to start the internal processes of the body. The alkalinity that accumulates in the mouth cavity will mix with the water and go to the stomach, which is very important for increasing the body's immunity. Drink enough pure water throughout the day. The more water you can drink, the more active your kidneys will be and will purify the blood and flush out all the contaminants from the body. If the pathogens do not get a chance to stay inside the body for a long time, the disease will not get a chance to nest! It is foolish to drink less water to avoid dehydration. If possible, drink coconut water, sugarcane juice, lemon water, fruit juice directly, sherbet without sugar. • Every adult needs at least two to two and a half liters or more of water per day. The way to know if the water level is right is to notice the color of the urine. The darker the color of the urine, the more water deficiency there is in the body. As a result, you need to drink enough water immediately. Thus when the color of the urine would be almost as clear as the water drunk, it would be understood that the level of drinking water was correct. When the body starts dehydrated, the lip part of the human body starts getting dry. This also indicates the need to drink water. Must drink clean boiled water every time. Never drink cold water. Always drink water at normal temperature. It is best to drink lukewarm water (suitable for body temperature) at all times. Drink a glass of water before bath to lower blood pressure. Never drink standing water. The Prophet Muhammad used to ask me to sit down and drink water all the time. Always drink water while sitting, holding a pot of water in both hands and breathing slowly for at least three breaths. Take adequate breaks before each ingestion. According to Ayurveda, drinking water while standing makes vata, which damages the joints of various bones and is one of the causes of arthritis. When one stands up and drinks water, the water goes directly to the stomach. Then very quickly excreted through the urine. This can lead to kidney damage. • Drinking water while standing can cause pain in the joints of the bones of the body. This bad habit disrupts the body's oxygen supply. This can also cause damage to the lungs.Instead of swallowing water, swallow it and wait for 20-30 seconds with each sip of water, so that the saliva in the mouth can mix with the water. Take a break of 20-30 seconds between each insert. There is a direct relationship between body weight and water intake. If a person weighs 120 pounds, he will need 60 ounces of water every day. • Due to the lack of water, the body's ability to produce energy is greatly reduced! If you drink more water, the waste is easily removed from the body and adequate nutrients can enter every cell of the body. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water every day cures back and knee pain in 80% of sufferers. The oxygen that our brain cells receive comes from drinking water (not from breathing). That is why if there is only 2% dehydration in the body, memory loss may occur temporarily. Drinking enough water reduces the risk of colon cancer by 45%, breast cancer by 69% and blood cancer by 50%. Many people think that tea, coffee and soft drinks provide water to the body! But no, it works differently and in most cases drinking extra tea or coffee causes the opposite damage to the human body. Although soft in the name of soft drink, it causes severe damage to the kidneys. Whenever you eat, keep some part of the stomach empty. The Prophet used to fill one-third of the stomach with water and leave one-third solid food and the other one-third empty. Drink pure water 40 minutes before meals to improve digestion; Then eat solid food. If you drink water with heavy meals, different enzymes will not be able to mix with the right amount of food. As a result, the digestive process is disrupted, which is the source of all diseases! Drink a lemon juice mixed with lukewarm water 40 minutes after eating. Drink a little water shortly before bed to avoid stroke or heart attack.

Our traditional picnic. Because of Corona, when I got a chance to go to my grandfather's house after many days, I used to have fun with my cousins. At first we dig holes in the ground, make a stove with bricks around it and cook it with tree stalks, leaves and bark in the oven and eat it all together on banana leaves. It is basically a trick to play with the little ones so that they can learn the basic thing of cookings. In our area it is called "Khutimala" or "Pushura" in the regional language. On that day the main chef was me 😇. That days were really awesome. I want to go back to those days.

Air pollution. When air is affected by some unhygenic elements and loses its freshness and purity, it becomes polluted. Air is mainly polluted by smoke and dust. Man usually makes fire to cook food, make bricks, melt tar for road construction which create smoke and pollute air. On the other hand, fire causes the rise of temperature by increasing carbon di-oxide. Besides, carbon monoxide, methane gas are created when man makes fire and smoke. Railway engines and power houses also create smoke by burning coal and oil. Mills and factories also make a lot of smoke. Similarly, trucks and cars use petrol and diesel oil. These too erit smoke. Thus all these kind smoke pollute air. Due to creation of smoke, the amount of oxygen in the air is reduced where as the amour carbon di-oxide is abruptly increased. Moreover, the process of warming the air is intensified: air pollution may cause various kinds of diseases like caugh, lung-cancer, tuberclusis,disease and other respiratory diseases. To prevent emitting of smoke and to ensure supply of oxygen, we should plant more and more trees. We know that due to shortage plants and vegetation, rain fall becomes very scanty which increases the dust particles in thend it causes air pollution. Through massive drive of afforestation the process increasing carbon di-oxide created from emitting of smoke can be controlled. So we need tremendous effort to accelerate afforestation programme for the protect and preservation of fresh, pure air. Otherwise, air pollution will be increasing and the spread fatal, respiratory diseases will go out of control. The government and its concerned agencies the non-government and volunteer organizations should come forward to create awareness (105061) among the people and emitting smoke should be controlled strictly. Making of bricks and melting of tars should also controlled. Mills and factories should be run very carefully. Similarly buses and trucks should use condensed natural gas (C.N.G) instead of diesel or petrol possible, railway engines and power houses should also be run by natural gases so that the sr be not increased so much which may cause air pollution, If these measures can be taken, we may hope that air pollution will not go to a alarming rate. Thus the pollution of air may be brought to a tolerable limit.

A life of a hawker. A hawker is a common sight on a street of a city or a town or in a compartment of a train. He carries things sometimes on his head, sometimes in his hands, sometimes in a bag and sometimes in a small hand-cart. He sells various kinds of things including sweets, drinks, books, pens, medicines and what not. He uses various tricks to attract the attenta . of the buyers. Sometimes he starts singing or even starts acting. Sometimes he is funny and sometimes irritating. He sells things at a cheaper rate than that of the permanent shop-keepers. It is possible as he has not to pay any rent for a shop or salary to a salesman. He is a moving shop. But it is pity that he has to do such hard labour for living from hand to mouth.

Corona has made our lives stagnant. The whole world has stopped. Corona arrives suddenly. The lockdown begins. At the beginning of the lockdown, I would spend the whole day night lying at home, sleeping. Sometimes I would watch TV, use Facebook, read books, help my mother with cooking, and sometimes make my own breakfast. A few days later I bought a computer and in the days that followed I was busy with computers most of the time. Sometimes I played games, learned graphic design. After going for a while, when the class started, from then i remain busy with studies, classes, assignments. This is how I have spent my days in lockdown. Everybody also share yours.

Covid-19 has kept most of the world's people under house arrest for a long time. In this critical situation during the Corona period, there has been a huge change in the eating habits of the people. Most people are relying on processed foods at this time. Moreover, the food production process is disrupted and the food of their choice is not available in the market. But with a little thought we can choose our food in a healthy way. Then we don't know in what ways we can choose healthy food. Md. Giving details. Billal Hossain: 1. Keep plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet: It is very difficult to get fresh fruits and vegetables in this lockdown situation. So buy enough fruits and vegetables and store them in the fridge. So that you can easily put vegetables and fruits in your daily food list. Almost all vegetables and fruits contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Which plays an effective role in boosting the body's resistance to disease. It is very important to increase immunity to survive Kovid-19. 2. Choosing healthy dry or canned food: Fresh food is always better. But if it is not available, various types of cans or canned vegetables, fruits and fish are available in the market. Try adding them to the food menu. For example, you can easily meet the demand for omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from canned fish. 3. Save enough healthy snacks: Instead of sweet or salty snacks, include a variety of healthy foods such as nuts, yogurt, dried fruits, boiled eggs and home-made fruits on the breakfast menu. Which plays a special role in creating healthy eating habits. 4. Avoid extra processed foods: Avoid processed foods like ready-to-eat foods, packaged snacks, soft drinks, etc. Because they contain extra sugar, salt and saturated fat. Which is the cause of many diseases of the body. You can eat lemonade, cucumber or coconut instead of foods. 5. Make cooking and eating enjoyable: Cooking and eating together creates a cordial relationship for each member of the family. Cooking and eating are no longer a chore. It became delightful. Let's eat healthy food and stay healthy. Let's resist Covid-19 ourselves.

Say no, to drugs. There is no doubt that it is difficult without any drug It's even harder to quit smoking, because the ones you've been smoking with are the ones who will yell at you over and over again. Tell me who likes to hurt your friends or colleagues? So after sitting for a day or two, you have to respond with a handshake Apart from that, the type of nicotine addiction is such that once it becomes a habit, it is very difficult But think about it, even after a breakup, the ex-boyfriend / girlfriend comes to mind again and again. So is it possible to go back to him? If so, why return to the cigarette after quitting? Keep in mind, you will win this battle too Smoking can cause serious damage to your heart: Dr. "There is a link between smoking and hypertension," says PK Hazra Lots of women smoke now As a result, hypertension is increasing among them If you have hypertension, the risk of heart disease is also higher Remember, women's bodies are naturally smaller than men's As a result, their arteries become smaller A small artery means that the vessel is also small As a result, they are more likely to have a sudden cardiac arrest or stroke. " So those over the age of 40 should quit smoking.

What do we think about female education? Education is the right of everybody. It makes a harmonious development to one's mental faculties. So, facilities for education should be held open to everybody. In this respect no discrimination should be made between man and woman. In fact, education must be universal. Some people are opposed to female education. They opine that women are intellectually inferior to men. So they are mainly mean for the heart and home. They should deal with the kitchen. They On the whole, their duties are totally confined to the inner apartment. They should perform the household duties, bring up the children and yield comforts to their male partner. The arguments stated above do not hold water. These special tasks also by an uneducated woman. An uneducated mistress to bring up their children in an appropriate they are given proper education. while women are found equal to men in all repect expect in physical strength. The question mentaria intellectual lays bare a negative answer. So there should not be any distinction between men and women in respect of education. Many women are now successfully competing with men in many active branches of life. Thus there cannot be any ground to deprive women of the benefits of education. Women also have their socialresponsibilities. Half of the people of our country are women. No development can be brought about in our society without participation of the half of it smembers. And development work cannot be carried out successfully with uneducated women. Thus our women should be educated at the earliest. It may be advisable to modify the old system of education for our girls. Subject like Home Economics, Domestic Science, Cooking, Sewing and nursing should be included in their course of study. It is a good sign that is a general awakening among the women. The United Nations Charter provides for removal of discrimination between men and women. The women of our countries are also coming out of the four walls and and working side by side with men in every walk of life. Our governinent is making all-out efforts to pave the way for female education in our country. We should remember that education is one of the fundamental rights of everybody male or female.

@Tarifa_Nusrat

Punctuality 🥰🥰 Puntuality means the habit of doing a thing at the right time. A punctual man gets up early, in the morning. He is never late in rising from bed and in attending to his duties. Punctuality is a habit. We can do things at the right time if we want to. But it is not an easy matter. It is much easier to put things off and say, we will do it tomorrow. In this way we get into bad habits easily. It is easy to form a habit but difficult to get out of it. We must be careful to do a thing at the right moment. The best motto to keep before us is: Do it now. We must try to learn the habit of observing punctuality from the very beginning of our lives. A punctual man gets ample time in his life. He can do many things. A punctual student learns his lessons in time and finds no difficulty in the examination. He never lags behind in the class. He can follow his lessons from beginning to end. It saves his time. He has not to labour so much. He can get better performance with a minimum amount of labour. Punctuality crowns him with briliantsuccess in life. Punctuality is of utmost importance in professional life. A doctor's unpunctuality might mean the loss of a life. To a business, punctuality is equally important. A shop-keeper who opens his shop punctually has a regular supply of customers. So his business prospers day by day. Lives of great men show that they were all punctual. An unpunctual man is an enemy to himself. He is a nuisance to everyone. He is disliked by all. If he gives words to his friends and cannot keep it he may love his friends. An unpunctual man cannot even say his prayers in time. The habit of punctuality needs long careful training. So the habit should be practised quite early in life. Once the habit is formed its utility will be apparent in every sphere of life. So we should develop the habit of punctuality so that we can do the maximum work within the short span of life.

Our Freedom. The Independence Day is very significant to every nation. Our independence Day, the 26th March is really a day of pride and glory. The day is very great to us because on this day in 1971, the proclamation of independence was declared. In 1947. Pakistan emerged as an independent state with its two wings- East Pakistan and West Pakistan. During twenty four years of Pakistani rule, the people of Bangladesh (the then East Pakistan) were oppressed, suppressed and exploited (CNT). Inspite of having majority of population, the people of Bangladesh were deprived of their political, economic and cultural rights. A deep desparity between two wings became wider and grievances and discontent among the Bangalees continued to grow which resulted in an upsurge and mass revolution in 1969. But the Pakistani rulers tried to stop the mass revolution with the help of arms. On 25 March, they started mass killing in Bangladesh. Sheikh Muzib, as the president of Awami League won the land slide victory faga frol) in general election held in 1970. But he was denied to hand over power. On March 7 in 1971, Sheikh Muzib made a clarion call for fighting and resisting Pakistani army as well as Pakistani rulers. On the night of 26 March, Sheikh Muzib was arrested and was taken to Pakistan. He was put in jail of Pakistan. Just before his arrest, he declared the independence in Bangladesh. From that night fighting between the freedom fighters of Bangladesh and Pakistani soldiers started. This resulted in the victory of Bangladesh through the supreme sacrifice of thirty lakhs of patriotic and valiant sons, consequently. Bangladesh gained independence winning the victory on 16 December, 1971, Hence forth. 26 March is celebrated as the Independence Day. This day is on the top of observed in a befitting manner every year through out the country. Flags are hoisted of all public and private buildings. The educational institutions celebrate the Day with due fervour and honour. Attractive Parades and march pasts are arranged in different stadiums. Various organizations arrange seminars, discussions and symposiums to observe the Day. The national dailies publish special supplements and electronic media chalk out special programmes to observe the Day. People offer prayers in the mosques, temples and churches for the welfare and prosperity of our country. In the afternoon, many people participate in sports and games. In the evening, many houses and buildings are illuminated (CCTİYE Syfes) with colourful lights. At night, people attend cultural functions and theatrical performances arranged for the occassion. This day helps us to realise the value of independence and sacrifice of our martyres. It makes us aware to defend our freedom at any cost.

Trees are life savers. Let's save trees. Trees are good friends of men. Trees give us food and shelter. Forests play a vital role in our economic development. Forest exerts a much influence upon the climate condition of a country.so the forests and trees are deeply interlinked with over all development of people. They save land from erosion. They also make our land fertile. Our country is a lower riparian country. Lands in the upper valley of a river are more suitable for the growth and development of forests. As a result we are not much blessed with rich forest resources. Trees give us various kinds of delicious and sweet fruits. These fruits, to some extent, satisfy our requirement for food. Fruits also provide us with vitamins. Trees of mango , jack- fruits , coconut, blackberry , guava etc supply us delicious and juicy fruits. Trees are called the oxygen factories . Trees supply oxygen for our existence. Trees produce oxygen through photosynthesis. They inhale carbon di- oxide and exhale oxygen which helps human beings and other animals to survive in this world. There is ample scope for plantation and afforestation in our country. Coastal areas and low-lying areas can be brought under the scheme off afforestation with special type of trees suited to the soil. The month of June - July is the proper time for planting trees. Tree plantation week should be observed more effectively and carefully so that awareness about trees and about the utility of plantation can be raised. Govt officials gifted with proper knowledge of afforestation and plantation my take initiative to popularise plantation. Illiterate people of the village still do not know the utility and importance of trees and forests. Motivation in this line may be effective for the programme of afforestation.
