# CUTTING WATER BY KNIFE😱 Do you know that now you can really cut water by knife and it is really possible?!!😲 A Research group led by Ryan Yanashima from the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Arizona State University have shown this phenomenon in a video. 🤯 It shows the researchers trying to divide by cuuting a water droplet sitting on a hydrophobic Teflon surface using a superhydrophobic knife.😯 “Hydrophobic” means that the substance tends to repel, or does not mix with, water.
