I thought that you might like to see the tower in daylight and see what the base of the tower looks like. When my mother was a child she went to the top of it with her sister. It is 214 feet tall and definitely not safe to climb the ladder that is inside of it anymore. They eventually boarded the door and lowest window up. It would be so nice to use it as an observation tower or something. There are different levels to it. Originally the man who built it had planned to live in it.
