We have cow pastures all around us. My uncle had cows on his land behind us for many years. He had a dairy farm. I would save all of my vegetable scraps and peelings and go up to the fence and hand feed them. They were so sweet and gentle. He had a horse in the pasture too. After my uncle passed there are no longer cows or the horse, but I still have a cow pasture directly in front of my home and scattered throughout our neighborhood. I wish that I had a photo of my uncle’s cows. They had big floppy ears. I’m not sure what kind of cow they were.

Grass-fed cows are the ones whose milk is healthy
Was it a American Brahman they have floppy ears?
I am sorry that you no longer have cows, I always like to see a dairy in action, you can get many good products, especially milk and cheeses
