My dear friend called me and invited me for a drink in a pub where he knew the manager, so we went there to enjoy our night and we enjoyed a lot! Look at the beautiful atmosphere, the pub was having a nice garden outside where there was a bar and a dj. Menu of today: Baked veggies 👍 I put in the oven eggplants, potatoes, garlic, onion and cauliflower with some salt and oil. I baked them and on the side I made the sauce, garlic, lemon, salt and oil and I dipped the veggies in the sauce 😋😋 Ok I have to admit that it is a very tasty dish but I ate too much garlic and the sauce ones were hot and my mouth and stomach hurt me a bit but im not gonna die hehe After dying from garlic, I had the homemade ice-cream which had a wonderful flavor salted caramel 👍👍 #FoodPhotography #Food #FoodTrip #Lebanon #Photography

Menu of today was: Shish barak and Sanbousik. 😋😋😋 These two dishes are very tasty but they take a lot of time to be done especially if you are making it for a lot of people. So first you make the dough, let it rest a bit, then you start to stuff them with kafta, then put them in the oven and lastly in the yogurt. The Sanbousik (last picture) has minced meat inside and has no sauce, it is edible only after it is baked or fried. #FoodPhotography #Food #FoodTrip #Lebanon #Photography
