Menu of today was: Chicken, minced meat, rice and roasted nuts on top of it. It is called "Roz 3a djej" 😋😋 It was delicious, I enjoy this meal a lot especially when it is hot 🔥 Lebanese dishes are very diversified and delicious, they suit almost everyone, there are not very strong condiments nor chilli.
