Who likes boiled artichokes like me?? 😋😋 After boiling, I make a sauce of lemon, oil and salt and I pour it on the artichoke. And the dip begins and never stops before finishing it all 😂😂😂😋😋 Look at the final photo where the end of the crime is shown 😂😂😂 and everything is organized 😁😉 I enjoyed a lot. #FoodPhotography #Food #FoodTrip #Lebanon #Photography

I never tried artichoke. I never know how to prepare it and what to eat it with

  You just clean them, then boil them. Make a sauce of lime, oil and salt and pour it on them. Take leaf after leaf and eat it from down side. It's delicious.

That looks so tasty. My last time enjoy the taste of artichokes was probably 12 years ago.
