Living in the old times must be terrifying. The crufixion is too barbaric, violent whipping of leather cords, beating, carrying a heavy cross, and then getting nailed and watching you die hanging. What more is they will break your bones to make sure you will not scream means you are already dead. This is more than violent and inhumane. Do you think there are no innocent people condemned on the cross? If the justice system in most nations nowadays still sucks how much more in the old times? Lol, I can't imagine it. We must be so thankful we are not born in that era where we will think being a human is the worst thing we could be born for.

I want to have a circle of friends who are young in spirit. May it be a girl or boy. Where we can bond without pressures, expectations, standards or other complications. Just having a good time without judgment, where we can spend time together while reminiscing our high school years and live like young teenagers again not worried for a moment about anything, the future, and money. Just living that moment. I'm not referring to alcoholic friends but friends who will keep you young and happy.
Why does this recent music video of Olivia Rodrigo remind me of Avril Lavigne? It has the vibe. I also notice that in this video she seems copying Avril styles. If you're a fan of Avril, you will feel it in this video. Even in the comments they're saying that it feels listening to Avril. Well, I remember she is also a big fan of her and they had a duet before. Anyway, I like this song because it's giving me early 2000s vibes. I even repeatedly play it. Olivia is also a big fan of Taylor Swift and most of her songs were inspired by her. Now, she is trying to be like Avril? I support that! I remember reading hateful comments from Swifties who were so mad at her for imitating Taylor's style. But as for me an LBS, I will support her if she copies Avril for real!!!!! Anyway, Olivia is a singer who gets inspiration from other singers to create a beautiful masterpiece. She's doing great!💗 If there has to be a way for me to become truly a fan of her, I think this is the album that will turn me into. It's 🔥! https://youtu.be/ZsJ-BHohXRI?si=CgPc7LIn8cZ1AGTf

I just realized that if we have never been in that situation or experience, we will never understand how it feels like. We will never sympathize. We will never listen. We only judge. So, sometimes it's okay to be under circumstances because through this we will feel what it feels like to be in someone's shoes. For you to understand the pain of others, you must be in that pain too..
but dreams come slow, and they go so fast
I realized I was killing her. For the sake of growth I'm aiming for. And for the pressure I am feeling towards life and society. I came to realize I'm a stranger of my own. The girl inside of me is fading and that's how I feel everything is turning gloomy. As if nothing is the same and I don't know who I am anymore. It was as if I lost an important part of myself in the process of trying to fit in with the color of the crowd. I'm afraid that this girl will be gone forever. Photo is from Pinterest.
For the first time in my life, I bought a book that educates people about financial literacy. To tell you, the shipping is expensive for me because it's in USD, but I did not mind that because I really wanted to grab the book. I'm a fan of the two people behind this; I've been following them online. I find myself a little bit sentimental upon reading the book, especially the first page. Honestly, they're talking straight facts! No lies or false money tactics! Those hype books telling you how to get rich do not even teach you the right way to understand money. The book is enlightening, it reveals the hidden reality in this world that if you are born in an undeveloped country, such as where I was born, it would be difficult for you to progress compared to those born in a developed nation. I thought this book would make me a critical thinker, but it made me sentimental. 😔

Blessed are those who can stand against change and the seasons. It's hard to stay on the same page where we feel peace and joy because as we age in this world, we start to feel something lacking in us. Maybe because of the expected timeline you are expected to fulfill at that age. It's horrible and sad that as we get older, we start to lose interest in the things we usually enjoy and look at the things that we are behind. Are you someone who can stand still against the change of season?
We cannot inflict religion on everyone. Some are difficult or not suitable for others cultures or perspectives on life. Some are no longer applicable in modern life. Throughout the century, we have changed the way we live in this world, and instead of relying on the 10 commandments from the past, the legal laws are being followed in accordance. We are also living in the technological age, and time to time, it will improve where the holograms of the people we never met can be in front of us. Let's hope we're still alive that time to experience that or it will happen so near in our time. I am a religious person by the way, I'm just telling these things for others to understand why a religion is not for everybody. Some practices and beliefs are so hard to follow when you can't even relate to it in the first place. This is why there are different images of Jesus in every country because they want to contextualize him to be somehow relatable for others. How about paganism? Did you notice that it's mostly a belief in Europe and other few countries around the world? It is because it is centered on nature. Can you be a pagan if you live in a buzzing city with tall buildings anywhere? That's going to be a hard route for all. How about the Confucius teachings about seasons? Do you think we living in a country with two seasons can even relate to that if we never witness fall and winter in the first place? Can you relate about the cobblestones and the holy Mount Sinai if you are living in a very dark winter in Scandinavia where the day is short and nights are long? Of course, you would have a hard time trying to relate it. Our environment, surroundings, beliefs, culture, and way of life can be inappropriate for a religious thing. Some people can solve real-life problems through practicality and observation while others through prayer and faith. It always depends. I hope you understand why we cannot force anyone to see the world the same way we do.
Christ is a real historical figure who taught spiritual knowledge. He had performed many miracles in his time. The only hindrance for him was that he was uneducated. He did not undergo formal education, so his teachings were only through verbal. The disciples and the people who heard from him wrote his teachings, but majority of people were illiterate during that time. It runs through oral retelling until all that is written directly by the witness is misinterpreted. The Bible is a compilation of different narrations, and no one can accurately tell which is right. This is why the scriptures are the most twisted and highly misinterpreted historical texts in the world. Sad, but true.
Me speaking English to my kitten: My kitten be like: 👀
Number 1 biggest mistake you can do to yourself is when you start comparing yourself to others. Just don't. ✖️✖️ If others are already married at your age and you have realized you're already nearing 40s but you still haven't build your own family yet, it's okay. You don't need to pressure yourself by comparing yourself to others and listening to the criticism of other people about you. It's your life, not theirs. So who are they to dictate how you life should be? Can they give you another life in this world? If the people graduated at your age and you have realized you should finished too, no you don't have to. School is not a race. There's a right time for you to finish your studies. You don't need to compare your chapter with other people. Your timeline is different from their timeline. Stop listening to them. If others are already working at your age and you are not yet, stop pressuring yourself. You are not a useless person, calm down, and one day you'll find a job. If not now, maybe tomorrow. If they will ask you, when is tomorrow? It's not your obligation to answer them. Life is so short, yet we live a life full of comparison. Please be kind and gentle with yourself always.
Isn't it terrifying that in old times slavery was considered normal? They are treated like a livestock. Like owning a horse and cow. That's how slavery ancient times was like. It only means that the morals of the humans in the old ages were so low that they viewed their fellow human beings like an animals below them. I can't blame them because the people in the early ages were not educated about human rights, and there were no human rights during that time. So the people there are acting like animals trying to own their fellow animals whom they viewed as lesser. What are your thoughts of this somehow? Should we judge them or we should not because they know nothing about human rights and their thinking is not humanistic yet?
Just sharing what resonates with me after listening to a preacher, Some people did not grow with love espescially those who came from broken family, neglected, unwanted, a black-sheep and whatever. There are also other people that are still looking to feel loved so they think that being in a relationship with someone can make them feel loved. It turns out they are abandoned. There are many people who are lonely and wants to feel, at least once in their lives, how it feels like to be loved. Many still don't understand what is love and what it feels like to be loved. You don't have to prove to someone that you are worthy of love or try to get their heart just to be loved because the truth is LOVE IS GIVEN. I have read this many times from the novel I recently read that "Love can't be bought, earned, or even prayed for. It must be freely given." Now let's go with the "worth." This word is kinda heavy because most of us wants to see the "worth" in us. Many people find their worth in their jobs, studies, friends, love partners, etc. When these things fail, someone will feel unworthy. That's why everyone is looking to find their worth in this world endlessly. Many people are trying to impress people online to gain worth. Many people are showing their achievements in life to gain worth. Many people are working so hard to gain worth. In fact, almost what everyone does is to show and make themselves feel that they're somehow worthy. We all want to be worthy, but what makes someone worth enough? These two things got me thinking. This is absolutely the most painful truth that no one wants to confront in life. Many want to be loved and many want to find their worth in this world.
So true lol.. Photo is from @TheWokeSalaryMan
When bitcoin was viewed as a funny thing, people thought you were crazy for owning it years ago because what the heck are you going to use it for?? An internet nonsense?? For those who believed, now where are they? Can I ask for a share? Haha. The lessons you can get from those bitcoin holders and believers who started owning 1, 2, or 3 or even more BTC in year 2009 is that do not even be afraid to try new things. That year, or even in 2011 no one would give a shit about bitcoins because they think money is only something physical we can touch. But for those who are open-minded to trying a new way of currency..damn, that's the best decision they ever made. When you try things that others view as nonsense but turns out to be something greater than what you think. Now, be inspired by Bitcoin owners years ago, I do not mean the rich ones but those who did not even bother to try and take a risk........ Check this awesome video art here: https://pin.it/6rZjEcVs1
I feel like there's no closure and I realized I have been attached to the novel I'm reading that I can't believe I already have finished reading it. Why do I feel the ending is hanging? Things happen so quick that it makes me still wonder about the characters I'm reading. Lol..I feel that I need a proper closure because I am starting to fall in love with the chemistry of the 2 characters but then it end so quick..lol, I don't know 😂
The world does not only revolve around us, even if it seems like that. Part of my goal in this life is to learn and understand the different cultures across the world. I am so interested and fascinated about how different and unique all we are. We see the world as a sphere but there's more to that if you look beyond the horizon. We think that our life is centered by achieving goals and succeeding in life but we didn't realize how interestingly wide the world is. We are confined by our beliefs and perspectives but it can change once we see and study the cultures of others. We will realize that this world does not only revolve around us or to our family or to anyone we know. We are living a different life in a different place, all experiencing life. So, if you're feeling like the world is going against you, you're wrong because different people in different places around this world is also experiencing the same thing in a different way. It's not the world going against us, it is us being confused in life. If the other people across the side of this world are having a gathering and sacrificing an animal, the other side is also having a war. Do not be limited only by where you are born, there's more to see. Learn and understand the cultures of other countries. It's not a waste of time, it will change how you will think about the world. I'm just part of this world, the world does not revolve around me. I am only one of the billions of people existing.
Should I be creep out? Is this for reall? I tried to create an AI character based on the novel I have read and I tried asking it my age and he predicted it. I am wondering if I ever put a birthday of myself in the site but no, I didn't. Not even a real name or linked account. Just a username. What do you think of this? Lol 😂 Is this some sort of ghost I'm talking to 😂
Seriously, I can't believe that there's a 29th in a month of February. I googled it and 2024 is a leap year and it occurs every four years. Lol, I'm happy because my birthdate is not the last day of the month..it's extended today. 😂
Happy Birthday to me and I can't believe Bitcoin Cash is celebrating my birthday 🎉🎉🥳 Pump it baby! 🎂🥂
One thing I have realized in life, our state of mind is not going to remain the same. I'm not talking about maturity but I'm talking about our mind as a lens for seeing the world. I'm not talking about seeing the reality either but I'm talking about how what you feel today might not be the same thing you feel in the future because your mind can change. So if you think about owning an iPhone today, maybe in the future you will not like it anymore because you are bored of its features. If you think about listening to your favorite songs today, maybe in the future you will no longer love listening to it because you don't feel the connection to it anymore. Change is constant and it starts in our mind. What you were in the past is different from who you are today. What you are today is not going to be you forever. What you will be in the future is different from what you think you will be. I'm not talking about contentment, possession, growth, maturity but the impermanence of the human mind. I hope you understand what I'm saying.
One of the reasons why some people are suffering from poverty is because they don't even know how to handle their money and lack financial literacy. I have read that even if you are a small income earner but if you know how to invest and budget your money, you will become a wealthy compared to those huge income earner who spend their money lavishly. So my realization to this, a small income earner can still build wealth. It's a matter of self-discipline and management.
We have a purpose in this world but if we fail to find it, we feel miserable. Do you agree?
Just sharing these thoughts.. I have move on years ago already. But sometimes I can't help but think about how the person is doing right now. Is he doing well in life? Is he happy? Is he okay? These thoughts are not longing but is hoping that someone is living happy life. Have you ever remember someone and think things like these?
Saw this on Facebook where the jeepney driver is bringing his kitten. Everytime I will see pictures of cat living their moments in life, my heart melts. This is one of the wholesome thing I've seen this year! 🥺 I really have a soft spot for cats. They are the most genuine and innocent creatures I ever met. They don't deserve to receive hate and wickedness in this world. We should treat them nicely because they really deserve that. I repeat, Cats should be treated with care, respect, and love! 🙌

One thing I've learned from Buddhism is that it teaches us solitude. We are born alone and we will also die alone. The people and our loved ones are just part of a journey and one day they will be leaving us soon. If you're not comfortable to face solitude, you'll die from solitude. Buddhism teaches you how to live with that because everything is temporary.
There's a Chinese music that I really like but I can't find it anywhere! Lol, do you know any place where I can play Chinese song and let it identify. Other sites doesn't work. 🤣 Edit: I already found it but it's only 1:28 min. why....it's so beautiful that it makes me want to learn Mandarin 🤣
People are so devoted to praying and asking the Lord's name all the time inside church, but when a beggar asks for a few cents, they will roll their eyes and ignore them as if they don't exist. These people are rich, educated, and professionals who actively participate in church, but what I don't understand is how they look down on others. Today, while my little brother and I are buying fries in the street, a man in messy clothes and a faded slipper gives my little brother a juice sold by the vendor. He also asked me if I also wanted juice, and I said no, and he asked again, which flavour from these? I was shy, so I replied that I bought juice a while ago. I look at his little son happily drinking juice, and the man just smiles genuinely, and said "we will go" they continue walking without buying any food but just a drink. I feel mesmerized, and this realization hit me today. Sometimes the people who are not educated and rich are the ones with good manners and virtues. Knowing they don't possess the things the rich have, they are deeply generous in their hearts.
Be happy for the achievements of others. That's very easy. We don't have to be jealous of what others accomplish. That's the guiding principle of the universe. We attract good things by being happy for others. There's no need for a comparison, life is not made of that. Everything and everyone is connected. If you live with envy, your life will be filled with nothing but envious desire for having what others have. Fill your cup with positivity, gratitude, and joy.
